Nou heb ik ontzettend veel verschillende autos gereden van ouwe lijken tot splinternieuwe leasebakken, maar met een goede accu en een goede dynamo heb ik nog nooit de lampen (opvallend) zwakker zien branden bij stationair.
Nee nu lieg ik, bij een BMW met een 2 x 500 watt boombox aan boord knipperden de lampen op het ritme van de bassen bij stationair

imho zou je niet moeten kunnen zien dat stationair zwakker licht geeft, misschien tenzij je er echt op gaat letten, een heul klein beetje.

Ik heb dit fenomeen ook . Maar ik heb ook een slechte accu.
3 dagen stilstaan en starten geen probleem, maar bij filerijden na een koude start met achterruit verwarming is mijn accu, als ik niet oplet, helemaal leeg. Het knopje van de achterruit begint dan te knipperen. Mijn dashboard verlichting is dan ook wat gedimt. Bij het uitzetten van de achterruit verwarming wordt dit duidelijk feller.
Ook bij een koude start zonder achterruitverwarming is de verlichting van de koplampen duidelijk minder fel stationair. Klein beetje gas en het is weer zoals het hoort. Na een paar kilometers heb ik nergens last van en is alles OK. Behalve de accu dan, die is nog steeds slecht maar wel wat bijgeladen.
Overigens valt hij bij dit soort situaties niet uit.

Lampen en interieurverlichting gaan nooit zwakker branden, dat hoort echt niet.
Zelfs niet als ik hem stationair in de versnelling laat rollen of wat dan ook, loopt de motor, dan brandt alles fel.
@W201class: ik adviseer je morgen nog een andere accu te halen als hij al zo ver heen is.

heb voor mijn werk een caddy van 2013 en ik heb er 1 van 2008 gehad en 1 vaan 2004
en hier zie je de lampen ook knipperen en ja inderdaad je moet er echt op gaan letten dat bedoelde ik ook
en de tip van een grotere dynamo 80A geeft als voordeel als de accu wat minder is deze het makkelijk kan bij benen
zelfs met je achteruit verwarming aan de standaart van 35/40A redt dat niet

Is een 74 ampere accu. En zolang die het nog doet blijft hij gewoon erin. Tijden een wasbeurt speelt de radio gewoon een uur op een versterker, geen probleem.
Standaard zit er volgens mij een 55 ampere accu in de 190, 35 is wel erg crisis.

Ik kwam vanavond in het donker thuis en heb er eens echt goed naar gekeken.
Ik ben op een erg donker stuk voor een muur gaan staan en zag geen enkele verschil in lichtopbrengst tussen stationair (700-800 toeren) en gas geven.
Ik heb er harde muziek bij op gezet (inclusief subwoofer), mistlampen aan maar geen verschil in lichtopbrengst.
Ik heb een 55 amp accu die het prima doet maar wel al 5 jaar oud is.

Ik zou toch eens je voltage meten met draaiende motor als ik jou was.
Bij draaiende motor moet de spanning op je polen >13.5V zijn zelfs boven de 14 las ik wel.

Zo is het bij mij inderdaad ook Vmax. Trouwens, ik heb bij mijn W202 met een officieel meet apparaat de accu gemeten.
Ik had geen klachten, maar ik vond de startmotor zo droogjes klinken en hij draaide net een slag langer als je zou hopen.
Wat denk je? Slechts 50% had hij nog, en we hebben niet eens echt vorst gehad. Een paar weken later weer gedaan, 40% en toen heb ik dus een nieuwe gekocht. Het starttoerental ligt aanzienlijk hoger. Je meet dit niet in spanning, maar in koude startstroom, en dat doet die meter zo mooi, en hij had gelijk. Ik wilde gewoon geen risico lopen dat je met een platte accu staat te kijken, de radio kan prima een middag spelen. Maar als hij startstroom moet leveren en hij komt onder de 9 Volt en je ECU snapt het niet meer dan valt je startmotor relais af en kun je het bekijken.

over enkele dagen hoop ik meer te weten over mijn accu en dynamo, als ik weer beter ben. Momenteel met griep op bed.
Vandaag het brandstofpomprelais ontvangen met de post. Zal allemaal even moeten wachten.

omdat ik nog steeds ziek ben heeft gisteravond mijn pa de accu en dynamo gemeten. Ook heeft hij gelijk een ander brandstofpomprelais erin gezet, want dit vertrouwde ik niet.

De accu was (voor het starten) 12.3Volt.
Tijdens starten(koude start) zakte spanning naar 10.0 Volt
Toen de auto liep werd dit 14.25Volt.

Vanmorgen heb ik de Mercedes gepakt toen ik naar de huisarts ging, bij de koude start viel mij al gelijk een ander gedrag op van de eerste paar min. van de motorloop(met dit andere brandstofpomprelais).

Toen de motor vanmorgen aansloeg, liep de auto bijna 1min. 1200 rpm, en zakte daarna naar ca. 750rpm.
Met het "oude"(verdachte)brandstofpomprelais liep de auto ongeveer 5-7sec. 1100/1200 rpm en ging dan al gelijk over naar 750rpm.

Ben benieuwd of het uitvallen van de motor nu opgelost is, tijdens de rit vanmorgen ging alles prima.

Die accu is naar de galvanische jachtvelden ofwel afgeschreven.
Een gezonde volgeladen accu geeft tussen de 13,4 en 13,9 volt
Als de spanning tijdens het starten onder de 11V zakt, wordt de accu al minder of is van onvoldoende capaciteit.
Die 14,25V duidt alleen maar op het feit dat je dynamo iig in uitstekende conditie is.
Dergelijke spanningsverschillen kunnen uiteraard net het verschil zijn om het ene (brandstof)relais net wel, en het andere net niet correct te laten funtioneren.

oh vreemd ,ik dacht toch in dit

filmpje wat onlangs hier geplaatst was te hebben begrepen dat 12.6Volt(in het filmpje) gewoon prima is, voor een accu die al even stilstaat en dus niet propvol geladen is.
in het filmpje begrijp ik ook dat zolang tijdens de start, de accu niet wegzakt onder 10V of ietsje lager er geen probleem is.
maar misschien heb ik het verkeerd begrepen,dat kan. iig bedankt voor je tip ruud.

Voor een accu die al een tijd stilstaat (i.e. maanden) kan de spanning wel net boven de 12V staan en bij starten naar de 10V zakken, maar in feite is de accu dan vrijwel 'leeg', maar kan nog wel in goede conditie zijn. Weer opgeladen zou de accu weer dagenlang voorgenoemde spanningen moeten geven. Maar als je er regelmatig mee rijdt zijn die 13V en 11V wel de onderste waardes.

Daar ben ik het toch niet helemaal met je eens Prometheus
Een gezonde volgeladen accu is "in rust" in goede staat rond de 12.5V zelfs een beetje daaronder is nog niet zo'n punt lees ik her en der, als de 'drop' onder belasting maar niet extreem laag is en als de dynamo maar >13.2V geeft..

De accu die er nu inzit, is van april 2007(varta) overigens...volgens kent Bergsma is het dan zaak om te vervangen.
ik vraag mij alleen af of mijn accu nu de oorzaak van het "soms afslaan motor bij afremmen" kan zijn.

ivm ziekte heb ik minimaal kunnen rijden juist nu het andere brandstofpomprelais erin zit. vanmorgen even een ritje huisarts gedaan en de auto is niet stilgevallen.zegt dus nog niet zoveel.
maar vooruitdenken kan geen kwaad, dus vandaar de gedachte of de oude varta accu een oorzaak kan zijn van het soms uitvallen?

Dat zou niet door de accu moeten komen want je dynamo laadt goed bij.
Ik heb meer toeters en bellen aan onder het rijden met een accu van redelijke conditie en uitvallen heb ik nooit gehad tot nu toe...
Ik heb heel veel accu's getest met verschillende apparaten. Tijdens het belasten van de accu (zo'n 5 tot max 10 seconden) mag de waarde zakken tot 10V. Zodra hij richting de 9 volt gaat wordt het langzaamaan tijd voor een nieuwe maar is nog acceptabel. Onder de 9 is je accu slecht en heb je een nieuwe nodig.
Nu kun je overal terecht om je accu te laten testen. Hiervoor hebben ze tegenwoordig modernere apparatuur wat aangeeft of je accu goed is, goed maar bijgeladen moet worden of aan vervanging toe is.
Een accu gaat zo'n 8 jaar mee.

De levensduur van een accu hangt af van het gebruik, weer en kwaliteit.
Slechte accu staat inderdaad los van dit probleem, maar kan geen kwaad om te checken natuurlijk.

Ok dan laat ik de accu letterlijk en figuurlijk even 'zitten' en heb ik mijn hoop nu gevestigd op hetgeen ik vanmorgen schreef bij het 1x maal koud starten met een ander brandstofpomprelais:

Voorlopig zet ik er nog even geen andere accu in, zolang de huidige het nog doet.
Sinds het brandstofpomprelais ververgen is, is er behoorlijk met de auto gereden en is de auto helemaal niet meer uitgevallen bij remmen.
Zolang als het uitvallen nu achterwege is gebleven heb ik het nog niet eerder gehad.
Probleem opgelost.
Ohja, heb ook mijn instapschade van de bestuurdersstoel laten maken door een prof. autobekleder Tony de bruijn uit roosendaal.
Toen de stoel bekleding werd gebracht bij hem vroeg 'tony' of we van "verweg" kwamen...nouja, breda.
vervolgens konden we erop wachten, met een 45min. was de stoel gemaakt!
De auto is nu ver "af" vind ik.

Eindelijk goed nieuws over jou auto,ik ben blij dat de problemen voorbij zijn.
Ook het interieur ziet er weer als nieuw uit.
Goed bezig geweest.

Dat ziet er inderdaad heel netjes uit!
Is er in het echt ook geen kleurverschil of niks te ontdekken?

Duimen dat het nu wel goed is met het ander brandstofpomp relais, het zou toch wat zijn als dat de boosdoener is.
Er is in de tijd dat hij bij mij en bij jou nu loopt ongeveer alles vervangen, en dan zou net hetgeen er nog zo goed uitzag de boosdoener zijn.

Hadden jullie die oude brandstofpomprelais niet een keer opnieuw gesoldeerd?
