Nou daar ligt hij dan. Alle boutjes en moertjes weer even op hun plek gezet. Zodat je niets kwijt raakt.

En zo kijk je in de stappenmotor, hiet is niet helemaal goed te zien maar het lijkt wel een soort schoepenrad wat er in zit?

Nu maar gaan schoonmaken en het resultaat afwachten of de M103 motor dan wat rustiger stationair loopt.

De tussenstand!

Heb voor afgaand aan het klusje schoonmaken nog even met onze clubmonteur hansmercedes gebeld en ik heb nniet goed geluisterd hansmercedes bedoelde CARBORATEURREINIGER!

Maar met remmenreiniger moet het ook wel lukken zij hij, alleen dat vervliegt veel eerder en carborateur reiniger is wat agressiever om het vuil weg te halen.

Nou hier dan de bus remmen reiniger.

Hier zie je het klepje wat het luchtmengels regeld bij stationair toerental.

Hier is hij al wat schoon,.. hij was namelijk ZWART!

De remmenreiniger gewoon ingespoten aan beide kanten en dan boven een emmer omdat het er zo weer uitloopt.

Kijk het voordeel als je de remmen reiniger opvangt kan je de boel lekker laten weken.

Kijk eens naar het wattestaafje hoe zwart het klepje was/is.

Nu gewoon nog even laten weken, word vervolgd!

De stappenmotor is schoon! De luchtklep glimt weer. Er kwam heel wat zwarte drab uit.

Ik sta hier klaar om hem weer te monteren.

Hij zit er weer in!
Slangetjes er op, de Boutjes met de ringetjes er weer in.
Stekker aansluiten, luchtfilter monteren en,................

Broem,........ lopen.

Toerental geschat op 800 RPM op de toerenteller. Dat moet het zijn en niet de 500 die ik na het vervangen van de injectoren had.

Conclusie: Arno is een gelukkig mens. :) :D :lol:

Nu nog wachten hoe het gaat als de motor warm is. Maar dat zal nu ook wle los lopen.

Ik kan het weten hoe vevelend het is om een te laag toerental te hebben bij stationair lopen.
Die grijze W201 die ik bij me had tijdens de bloembollenrit had dit ook.
Blij dat het allemaal weer zo voor spoedig is verlopen.

Bij het opruimen en archiveren van een verzameling oude Duitse tijdschriften en artikelen, viel mijn oog op een annonce waarin melding wordt gemaakt van het beschikbaar komen van de Lorinser body kit, uitlaat en velgen, met de daarbij behorende prijzen. Wel leuk om hier even te plaatsen.
