Zoals je al aangeeft schakelt de Webasto zichzelf ook na 90sec uit wanneer je 12volt instelt met een voeding. Dus dan zit het probleem niet in de accu want 12 volt voeding is goed.
Ik vermoed dat het probleem in de control unit zit.
Je kan de control unit laten testen en repareren bij Yacht Electronics Service:

Ik heb een accu van een half jaartje oud, 72ah. Kan de webasto 2x een half uur laten draaien en daarna nog gewoon de auto starten

afgelopen dagen wat tijd gehad om wat clusjes te doen, en uiteraad verder gegaan met het probleem rondom de standkachel.

bij het controleren van de bekabeling, kwam ik erachter dat het kabeltje op pin 6 van de control unit afgeknipt was, dit zou naar massa moeten. na dit gecorrigeerd te hebben, deed de standkachel wat meer:

hij schakelt niet meer uit na 90 seconden, maar na 270 seconden. na de eerste 90 seconden gaat de heater uit en blijft het circulatie pompje draaien en na 20 seconden gaat de heater weer lopen, maar verbrandt niet.

toen heb ik de brandstof leiding naar de kachel losgekoppeld en met pulsjes spanning op de doseerpomp, kwam er geen benzine uit. gelukkig had ik nog een reserve liggen en aangesloten. Dit pompje levert wel benzine, maar nog steeds hetzelfde probleem met de heater.

zou het dan ook aan de flam sensor liggen?

en verder vraag ik me af de stand van de kachelkranen wat mee te maken heeft, moeten die op warm stand? hoe zou anders warm lucht in het interieur komen?

De kachelkraan staat, als de motor uit staat en er geen vacuum is, altijd open. Dus daar heb je verder geen last van

Het was een tijdje geleden, maar de standkachel doet het nog steeds niet. Na 4,5 minuten schakelt hij uit.
Vandaag nog eens de flam sensor gecontroleerd en die blijkt niet te werken. Althans op pin 7 en pin 8 van connector D blijft de spanning rond de 12v en gaat niet richting 1v na 14...26 seconden.
Is er iemand die voor mij een werkende sensor heeft waarmee ik kan testen? Of waar ik een nieuwe sensor kan aanschaffen?

Vandaag een nieuwe flamsensor gekocht en erop gezet, maar helaas nog steeds hetzelfde resultaat. Ik ben een beetje ten einde raad, wellicht heeft iemand nog een briljant idee wat het probleem kan zijn.
Dit is de werking van de kachel tot nu toe:
Na inschakelen, gaat het circulatiepompje draaien
Na 30 seconden begint het doseerpompje te tikken
Na 35 seconden gaat de combusion ventilator
Na 90 seconden gaat de combusion ventilator uit en blijft het circulatiepompje draaien
Na weer 30 seconden gaat het doseerpompje tikken
Na 35 seconden komt er heel even rook uit de uitlaat
Doseerpompje, circulatiepompje en combusion werken allemaal
Na 60 seconden stopt het doseerpompje en
Na 30 seconden stopt alles

Als ik de schakelklok weer aanzet, herhaalt het bovenstaande zich

Wat is het exacte moment dat de spanning van de flamsensor van 12v naar 1v gaat?

Eerst een paar vragen:
- Heb je de standkachel in de aanvoerleiding naar de kachelradiator aangesloten?
- Draait het circulatie pompje in de juiste richting (deze moet het koelwater aanzuigen)
- Heeft jouw standkachel een temperatuur zekering of temperatuur limiter met reset? De oude uitvoering met temperatuur zekering wil soms nog wel eens problemen geven en om die reden heeft Webasto dit later gemodificeerd naar een temperatuur limiter met reset.

Wat je zou kunnen proberen is om aan de in- en uitgang van de standkachel een slang aan te sluiten en beide slangen in een emmer met water te leggen. Wel eerst slang aan de bovenzijde vullen met water, daarna afknellen en pas weer in de emmer met water openen zodat er geen lucht in de slangen en standkachel aanwezig is.
In deze toestand nogmaals de standkachel testen. Dit is eigenlijk ook het advies voordat je de (gebruikte) standkachel gaat inbouwen.

Bedankt voor je reactie,
Ja, de standkachel heb ik aangesloten op de invoerleiding van de kachelradiator. Heb de leiding afkomstig uit de motor richting kachel geknipt, de kant van de motor heb ik doorgelust naar het circulatiepompje en de wateruitgang van de standkachel doorgelust naar de andere kant richting kachel. De retourleiding van de kachel niks mee gedaan en gaat bij mij naar de waterpomp.
Als de standkachel ingeschakeld word, circuleert het water in de juiste richting.

Op mijn standkachel zit een temperatuurlimiter.

Maar deze schakelt de standkachel uit als die heet is, zonder dat het water circuleert, toch?
Bij mij wort alleen de uitlaat heet, de rest van de standkachel blijft koud, dus dan zou de temperatuurlimiter toch hier geen rol spelen, of zie ik het verkeerd?

Wat zorgt eigenlijk voor de flam? De controlunit of iets anders?

Je hebt er toch wel een vlies voor benzine in zitten? Dus niet een vlies met een gat erin voor diesel?
Benzine leiding van doseerpompje naar standkachel moet ook goed ontlucht zijn.

En zoals ik al zei anders eerst testen door aan de in- en uitgang van de standkachel een slang aan te sluiten en beide slangen in een emmer met water te leggen.
Als dit wel werkt kunnen er al wat zaken uitgesloten worden.

Gisteren de webasto aangesloten via een emmer met water, maar helaas hetzelfde probleem.
het water circuleert en wordt ook warm, maar na 90 seconden gaat de webasto in rundown en blijft aleen het circulatiepompje draaien. na 120 seconden gaat ie weer aan en het water wordt iets warmer maar na 120 seconden schakelt hij uit, maar nu gaat ook de circulatiepomp uit.
Dus totaal vanaf het moment van aanzetten tot het doseerpomp wordt uitgeschakeld 4,5 minuten.
zoals ik eerder schreef, heb ik de flamwachter nieuw gekocht en erop gezet, maar op PIN 7 en PIN 8 van connector D, staat constant 12V gedurende die 4,5 minuten.

hierin zie ik duidelijk ook een webasto standkachel, maar ik kan het plaatje niet helemaal goed volgen,
wat ik uit kan maken is dat de uitgaande waterpijp uit de motor, richting kachelradiator, eerst naar de circulatiepompje gaat.
De uitgang van de webasto wordt gesplitst en gaat richting kachelradiator. de andere vertakking kan ik niet plaatsen.

ik zelf denk:

kant van elektrische stekker (boven aan plaatje) -> uitgang
andere kant (onderaan plaatje) -> ingang

of is het de spanning/stroom die bepalen wat de richting wordt?

Als het goed is staat er een pijl ingeslagen.
In het toegevoegde document (Standkachtel BBW46 Webasto MB190.pdf) van mij staat het ook gewoon in, pagina 24.
Dus wat je stelt is correct.

Is geen gewone pomp maar een pulspump, je moet pulserend spanning erop zetten. Constante spanning doet de pomp niks en kans dat hij verbrand. De volume is ook zeer klein, kan wel een half uur duren voordat er brandstof bij de standkachel komt.
Advies is om in de leiding alvast brandstof te doen om die tijd te verkorten.

De draden andersom aansluiten zal de pomp niet anders om werken, waarschijnlijk doet ie niks, hij het werkt prima.

Deze vlies was verpulverd.
Ik heb de dieselvlies voor 15 euro gekocht ofzo, dus duur zijn ze niet.

Heb je een adresje waar ik die vlies kan kopen?

Heb op meerdere sites gekeken, maar verkopen de vlies niet los en complete set kost 98 euro.
