Vandaag even een controle gedaan met de weerstand en tevens de sensor nagemeten. Deze was 2,3k ohm maar het is buiten net iets warmer dan 5 graden.

Helaas is dit dus niet het probleem.

Ik ga iemand zoeken die het vacuum systeem na kan kijken. Dus niet de slangen (deze zijn volledige nagekeken) maar meer het systeem dat vacuum verzorgd...

De Bosch service gaf aan dat ze ook CO weer hebben afgesteld. Maar wat ik nu merk, als ik bij koude motor gas geef dan hapert hij om op toeren te komen. Gisteren toen hij warm was, merkte ik daar weinig van.

Ik zit te twijfelen om voorlopig de CO iets op te draaien. Bij de aanschaf was de CO te hoog maar starten ging toen een stuk beter.

@RD500SEC, de luchtmassameter staat niet op hun lijst als iets dat is gecontroleerd.
Is er een mogelijkheid dat ik deze zelf kan controleren met een multimeter?

De Katalysator zou dus ook nog het probleem kunnen zijn.

@RD500SEC, wat vond je van het toerental? Net na starten laag en toen naar 1000. Overigens is deze redelijk hoog, ook bij warme motor. Rond de 1000 toeren.

pin 1 en 2 2,5k ohm.
pin 2 en 3 luchtklep dicht 7 k ohm.

Lijkt erop dat we de boosdoener gevonden hebben....?
Zijn ze moeilijk te vervangen?

Nee, had ik niet geprobeerd. Ook een beetje lastig meten met een digitale meter.

Ik heb al even op wat video's gezocht en is wel tricky om die goed af te stellen als je er een nieuwe opzet.
Vervangen is simpel, 4 schroeven en opnieuw plaatsen maar vooral de afstelling is lastig.

Het gekke is ook dat hij precies verkeerd omgaat, 7k gesloten en 3,2k open. Veranderd de waarde ook bij het afstellen overigens?
Het nr dat er nu op staat komt overeen met het nr dat ik in je link had gevonden. (3437224035) Zou hier een verkeerde op zitten wellicht?

Ik heb een nieuw pot meter besteld en komt volgende week binnen. Ik krijg er een soort van handleiding bij dus ga het zelf maar even proberen.
Tevens ook even nagekeken en kan zelf de CO schroef ook stellen, zodat bij terugslag de plaat net niet dicht zit.

Zal mij benieuwen of we volgende week een beter startende auto hebben.

Verkoopt toevallig hier ook iemand deurdorpels? De dorpels van de deuren zijn doorgeroest en wil kijken of ik deze kan vervangen en de nabije toekomst. Heb ze voor alle deuren nodig.

Mijn 190E wilde ook slecht starten met een koude motor. Bleek er een zekering defect te zijn in een soort van relais oid voor koude start. 10a achter de zwarte kap achter de accu. Grijs metalen blokje.
Zekering vervangen en klaar.
Of fit ook op de jouwe zit?

LMM Pot meter

Vandaag de POT meter vervangen en zoals je kan zien bij de oude, deze is ingesleten.
Hij trekt beter door inmiddels, maar morgen als de motor koud is moet hij starten na een aantal slagen. Ik hoop dat dit uiteindelijk het issue was....

We zagen ook nog een kleine scheur in de bobine kabel naar de verdeler. Deze moet ik bestellen en dat zal vooral bij vochtig weer ook beter zijn. Bijzonder dat ze de bougiekabels vervangen hebben bij Bosch Car Service maar de bobine kabel niet.

Ik laat weer van me horen. Als dit het probleem was wil ik een afspraak maken bij Ster in Elburg en laat ik hem helemaal correct afstellen. De CO zou ik af kunnen stellen met een percentage meter maar in de uitlees-connector mist pin 3 en kan hem dus niet meten.
Wat ik heb gelezen moet je dit afstellen door tussen pin 2 en 3 de 50% waarde te krijgen met de multimeter en dan zou CO precies goed moeten zijn.

Helaas, het issue is niet verholpen. Ik heb wel het gevoel dat hij aanslaat maar moet doorstarten om hem op gang te houden. Als hij dan eenmaal stationair draait kan ik het gas ook niet intrappen of wegrijden, dan lijkt het wel of hij verzuipt of in elk geval bijna afslaat. Ik moet de auto een poosje stationair laten lopen voordat ik überhaupt weg kan rijden. Zou dit kunnen komen doordat er teveel benzine door het lange starten in het blok zit? Of zou er te weinig benzine in het blok zitten en teveel lucht het af doet slaan? Dat zou kunnen betekenen dat de motor te arm of rijk staat.

Naar mijn idee hebben we alles al te pakken gehad inmiddels, ik weet het nu ook niet meer.... Ik hoop dat jullie nog een idee hebben.

Zou het CO te laag staan voor de motor? Zou dat de reden kunnen zijn dat hij niet direct oppakt en waarom ik geen gas kan geven na het starten? Ik kan van de week even bij de KwikFit langs gaan en mijn CO zelf af te stellen met hun CO meter. Volgens mij moet deze motor tussen 1 en 1,5 CO waarde hebben.

Dat ga ik nog eens proberen. Ik zal de stekker eruit halen.

Ik heb de LMM pot meter op precies 0.7 Volt gezet conform de handleiding tussen 1 en 2.

Ik zal van de week nog eens de weerstand waarde bekijken.
Maar als de CO te hoog staat dan is de klep ook verder open dus dan zal ook de waarde anders zijn dan 1000 of 810 ohm.
In elk geval liep de weerstand wel langzaam op naarmate ik klep open zetten.

De computer heb ik al eens vervangen met een andere uit een goed lopende auto. Kan me niet voorstellen dat ik er twee heb die niet goed werken.

Even een update: Inmiddels staat de wagen bij Sterren in Elburg. Ze hebben het probleem van koud start gevonden. De koudstart ventiel kreeg geen spanning en daarom opende deze niet bij een koude motor.

De oplossing is vooralsnog niet gevonden. Dit kan een sensor zijn, bedrading of contacten bij de relais. Dit wordt momenteel onderzocht.

Daarnaast gaan ze de hele auto afstellen, dwz ontsteking, CO, stationair, LMM, etc. Ik hoop dat dan alle issues verholpen zijn en daarmee de auto weer op weg kan.

Als hij klaar is laat ik weer van mij horen.

Weet je ook bij welke temperatuur dit was? Koelvloeistof temperatuur, of na een nachtje buiten staan buitentemperatuur.

Na een nacht buiten te hebben gestaan. Mijn gevoel zegt dat deze man wist wat hij aan het doen was eindelijk... Ik hoop deze week meer te horen.

Daar zijn we weer. Inmiddels zijn er meer onderzoeken gedaan en is de sensor vervangen voor een nieuw sensor en stuurt deze het koudstart ventiel weer aan. Probleem is echter nog niet verholpen.

Volgende onderdeel dat ze hebben gecontroleerd is het brandstofsysteem. Nu blijkt de terugslagklep op de brandstofpomp defect te zijn en de accumulator.... die laatste is een duur geintje helaas. Nou zou de accumulator niet perse het slechte starten moeten veroorzaken maar de terugslag klep wel. Maar aangezien de accumulator lekt is het goed om deze te vervangen. Zodoende is de benzine druk ook weer correct. Dit zou helpen met het slechte accelereren van de wagen, bijzonder echter is dat bij warme motor de auto niet heel slecht start.

We wachten even af of dit uiteindelijk het probleem heeft verholpen. Jammer is dat Bosch Service Center aangaf deze zaken gecontroleerd te hebben.

Zou het misschien kunnen dat Bosch Service Center wel heeft gecontroleerd??
Als ik het goed begrijp staat de auto nog bij Sterren service en is de bekende koe niet uit te sluiten.

Mijn vorige 190E (1993) wilde koud ook moeilijk starten en rook dan wat naar benzine. De Duitse Bosch-dienst kon de oorzaak niet vinden.
Ik heb de stekker van de koudstartinjector erafgetrokken en hij startte prima. Onnodig te zeggen dat ik de stekker er toen afgelaten heb (afgetaped).
