Dan zou ik moeten weten in welke staat die SL500 is. Overigens is het onderhoud aan zo'n V8 natuurlijk stukken hoger dan aan een 4 cilinder.

Tja, onderhoud aan een V8 hoger. Het slijtage is wel minder natuurlijk. Maar ik begrijp wat je bedoelt.

De SL moet uiteraard ook in hele nette staat zijn. dat wordt dus sowieso wel bijbetalen van mij kant.

grootst nadeel is het ongelooflijk verbruik, een 500 slurp 1 op 5,2 in de bebouwde kom. het topstuk, de 600, doet 1 op 4,3 :mrgreen:

Beetje heel veel dus... en ze hebben allemaal een 80 litertank, als je die gaat voltanken krijg je accuut een rolling :blink:

maarja, luxeprobleem! Ik ga gewoon heel de winter klussen aan die cabriolet. allemaal leuke klusjes die me te wachten staan! zal hier binnenkort even een lijstje neerknallen.

Ik zou ook voor die W124 gaan want die 500sl vind ik gewoon minder mooi . en wat je zegt het verbruik is wat hoog evenals de verzekerings kosten en onderhoud . als je toch voor een SL gaat zou ik een W107 nemen grt hans

Omdat het W124 vrij dood is, en het mercedesforum-topic waarschijnlijk overspoelt wordt met aanbiedingen om het ergens in te laten bouwen, en dus geen antwoord op mijn vraag. Vreag ik het hier ook maar even:

Hoe kom ik aan een lijst met alle opties die ooit leverbaar waren op een A124? ik wil graag over deze lijst beschikken, zodat als ik deze winter nog tijd en vooral geld overheb, ik opties kan toevoegen.

Let op, ik heb het wel over een lijst met originele fabrieksopties! geen halfords-toevoegingen

De eerste eigenaar van de auto heeft gelukkig ook zin handen uit de mouwen gestoken, ik had de zijbeplating er even afgehaald, in de hoop beter bij het raammechanisme te kunnen, valse hoop uiteraard, maar in de enthousiasme niet verder over nagedacht..

Maar in ieder geval, de eerste eigenaar heeft de roestplekken achter de Sacco Bretter goed aangepakt, wel in een compleet verkeerde kleur, maar je ziet het dan ook nooit. en het ziet er nog steeds piekfijn uit:

Dit neemt bij mij een grote zorg weg, hoop dat de andere panelen er ooit ook af zijn geweest. Toch ga ik ze er van de winter allemaal afhalen, moet er neit aan denken dat de gaten in de auto vallen

wat wel ontiegelijk irritant is, de zijbeplating eraf halen kost je altijd bevestigings clipjes.. maar ach, die paar euro maakt bij mij niet veel meer uit

Die bevestigingsclips kosten geen drol bij de dealer. Wees overigens blij dat de vorige eigenaar de roestplekken goed heeft aangepakt, dat scheelt een bak ellende.

Die clips kosten inderdaad niet veel, zo'n 70 cent ongeveer, verder heb je nog een tweede deel per clip, die kost iets meer als een euro. Als je dan de helft van de clipjes afbreekt, ben je al snel 30 euro verder.. toch zonde vind ik! alleen in dit paneel zaten al 14 clipjes op de auto, met ook 14 aansluitingen op het paneel.

Zo, ik wilde vanavond eens even kijken hoe het komt dat mijn spiegel linksvoor trilt bij mn W201, dus van de donor de spiegel eraf gehaald om die eens uit elkaar te halen, eenmaal te spiegel eraf zie ik tot mijn grote verbazing dat er een deukje in mijn auto zit :evil:

een lelijke put van zo'n 2 CM, je ziet het blanke staal zitten. ongelooflijk dit!

Kan helaas geen foto's erbij zetten omdat ik dat kabeltje nog steeds niet kan vinden, maar het ziet er in ieder geval beroerd uit. Dit zal de taxatie waarde dusdanig omlaag halen dat ik de taxatie uitstel tot na reparatie.
