Hallo,

sinds kort heb ik last van tikkende geluiden in de motor. vooral als de auto goed op temperatuur is en bij stationair.

het gaat om een om103 Mercedes 190 2.6

wat heb ik al gedaan:
- olie ververst
- nieuwe filter
- heb ook een half kopje ATF olie bij gegooid maar dat heeft geen effect.

morgen zal ik een video uploaden van het geluid.

ook zie ik de oliedrukmeter stationair zakken naar nul.

is dit normaal? als ik de auto in de ochtend start, gaat de druk direct keurig naar 3 bar. naarmate de motor op temperatuur komt, zakt de druk. maar volgens mij heb ik deze nooit op nul gehad.

Waar uit het blok komt de tijd vandaan?

dank voor jullie snelle reacties. ik ben vandaag bij een monteur geweest en die gaf aan dat het hydrolische kleppen zijn die tikken.

want soms is het tikken heel even weg en soms is het constant.

voor de olie wissel had ik geen tikken in de motor. ook de druk was nooit lager dan 1 bar.

ik verdenk idd het filter ivm de lage druk en de olie. olie en filter had ik bij autodoc besteld. shell 10w40 en man filter.

heb echter de shell olie bidon nog even bekeken en daar staat DIESEL op. bij de etiket stond dat het zowel voor benzine- als diesel motoren is. maar vanaf vandaag geloof ik het dus niet meer.

Hoeveel liter olie heb je er in gedaan?
Hou er rekening mee dat er in M103 blok 6 liter gaat!

1 bar oliedruk bij stationair warme motor vind ik al krap.
Onze 2.0E staat ruim boven de 2.5 bar bij stationair draaiende warme motor. Bij koude motor > 3 bar.

Is het niet zo dat tikkende hyrdraulische stoters komen door te weinig olie in de stoters? Aanvoer van de olie komt via de nokkenas zelf. Hopenlijk heb je nergens verstopping. (ATF maakt vuil los en hopenlijk is alles in het oude filter terecht gekomen.)

Ik zet in op Filter en Olie (Genoeg en juiste dikte).

Begaande plaatje is niet van de onze, maar zag ik net in ander topic.
Bij warm stationair is onze oliedruk vergelijkbaar, maar onze vacuum lijkt beter (economy meter wijzer staat dan helemaal links, deze staat naar mijn ervaring best ver naar rechts voor een stationair lopende motor)

Ik was (nog) niet op de hoogte van de 0,5 bar grens. Baseerde m'n feedback op hetgeen ik regelmatig zie.

vandaag nieuwe olie kroon 10w40 en nieuwe filter van mahle erin. getik is iets minder maar nog niet helemaal weg.
oliedrukmeter helaas nog steeds naar 0 bij stationair.
motor klinkt verder gewoon goed. zou de sensor dan defekt zijn?

Oliedruksensor stuk zou zomaar kunnen.

Je zou een gewone analoge druk meter op de plaats van de sensor kunnen monteren om zeker te weten dat je oliedruk hebt (en dan ook te weten of ze sensor goed is). Kan natuurlijk ook aan andere bedrading liggen.
Als je een multimeter hebt kun je ook de weerstand van de niet aangesloten sensor meten.
deze moet varieren bij gas geven en anders zijn bij Warme en Koude motor ( bij hetzeflde toerental)

dank voor jullie reacties, ga ik checken. stel toch dat sensor, bedrading en meter allemaal in orde zijn, wat zou het betekenen als er geen druk is dus echt nul bij een goed op temperatuur gekomen motor?

heb de volgende meting gedaan met toeren

1 bar bij 1000 rpm
2 bar bij 1300 rpm
3 bar bij 1700 rpm

Als het allemaal niks uithaalt kan overigens ook nog kijken of je met 15W/40 olie een betere warme druk haalt.

Zoals Richard angaf. Volgens MB is de oliedruk ondergrens 0.5 bar (met een door MB goedgekeurde olie. In dat rijtje staat ook 15w40)

Heb je overigens 2 keer een ander merk filter gebruikt of exact het zelfde merk en type ?

meten is weten. meting mbv een multimeter op de sensor geeft:

bij stationair 0 ohm
bij 1000 rpm 10 ohm
bij 1300 rpm 18 ohm
bij 1700 rpm 28 ohm
en bij vol gas max. 35 ohm

conclusie: sensor defekt

heeft iemand ook de karakter eigenschappen van de koelvloeistof temperatuur sensor?

hoe kan ik daar achter komen?

ik heb de stekker idd los getrokken en op de sensor gemeten.
als de druk nul zou zijn, wat volgens de meter zo is, dan zou ik 10 ohm moeten meten volgens schema, maar ik meet dus 0 ohm.
bij drie bar, zou de waarde 184 ohm moeten zijn, maar ik meet hoogstens 35 ohm.

motor klinkt weer als vanouds. geen getik meer.

na het verversen van de olie, kreeg ik dus tikkende kleppen. toen heb ik half kopje ATF erbij, maar geen resultaat.
daarna weer nieuwe olie (229.1) en nieuwe filter, toen werd het minder. maar na een twee dagen waarschijnlijk alles weer goed ingesmeerd, en getik weg.

blijft nog het probleem van de oliedruk meter. ga eerst eens die sensor schoonmaken en opnieuw kijken. als het niet helpt, dan nieuwe sensor bestellen.

Mooi dat het tikken weg is.
Heb je nu dezelfde druk bij stationair als voorheen of een klein beetje anders ?
