Beste lezer,
Ik ben bezig om een airco in te bouwen in mijn 190E. Is er iemand die weet met welke connectoren de rechter schakelaar verbonden zit, en in welke kabelboom deze zou moeten zitten?

deze zitten in de kabelboom verwerkt van de hoofdboom
maar als je geen airco hebt gehad zullen ze er niet zitten
er is volgens mij wel een set te krijgen voor achteraf inbouw moet je even in epc kijken

maar voor je begint in de howto staat een beschrijving van een diavia systeem dan kan je zien hoeveel werk het is
veel onderdelen zijn het zelfde maar lang niet alles

maar even heel kort gezegd zie eerst dat je alle kabelbomen krijgt/vindt

Ik heb destijds een "complete" set gekocht op Ebay, hierbij zat ook de hele motorkabelboom met daarin de kabelboom voor de aansturing van oa de aircopomp. Echter vrees ik dat hier dus nog niet alles inzit wat ik nodig heb. Klopt dat?
De howto van een diavia systeem heb ik al gedownload en gelezen, aan de hand van deze handleiding heb ik al de gaten gemaakt voor het andere ventilatorhuis en dat potje bij de koplamp.

Ik heb even de elektrische schema gescanned van een 190E 2.6 voor 1988.

Airco schema 190E 2.6.pdf

Dat plaatje van jou is N19 in de schema.
De extra kabelboom in het dashboard stelt niks voor, kan je zelf ook wel maken.
Op de 2 pinnen komt de temperatuur probe die in de verdamper zit.
De andere gaat 1 draad naar de zekeringkast (F1 O), dat is de stuurdraad die naar het airco relais gaat, 1 massa aansluiten en 1 spanningsdraad die van de schuif komt van de blowermotor, van stand 1 (S3 in de schema)

Zo, dat is een hoop interessante informatie waar ik zeker wat aan heb!! Bedankt hier voor. Ik ga hier van de week even mee puzzelen

Ik ben er vandaag mee aan de slag gegaan, en ik heb al een deel van de kabelboom uitgezocht. Echter ben ik de draad een beetje kwijt geraakt bij klem 2 van N6.
In de de tekening gaat één kabel (gn/ge) vanuit klem 2 van N6 naar klem X48/1, waarna hij naar X11 gaat en dan door gaat naar de TD klem van N1/1 (Transistorized ignition control unit).

Op de kabelboom die ik bij de complete set heb (ook uit een 2.6) zit dit net een beetje anders, en hierdoor ben ik de kluts kwijt geraakt.
Vanuit klem 2 van N6 komen direct twee kabels (gn/ge), eentje gaat rechtstreeks naar de houder van het brandstofrelais (klem 10). Hier komen in totaal 3 kabels (gn/ge) samen, één hiervan naar de hoofdstekker van de motorkabelboom, en de ándere naar een schroef klem (zie foto):

Houder van brandstof relais, met aftakkingen naar schroefterminal en hoofdstekker

Nu terug naar waar ik mijn zoektocht begonnen ben, klem 2 van N6, maar dan de twééde kabel (gn/ge) die hieruit komt. Deze gaat direct naar een een 2-polige connector waarvan de andere kant van de connector met een zwart/blauw met groen gestipte kabel naar klem 6 van een connector (A201 545 3828) gaat die aangesloten zit op het zekeringskastje (zie foto's)

Hier komt connector(*) op

Ik heb gekeken hoe deze aansluiting op mijn auto (origineel zonder airco) gemaakt is, daar gaat van connector(*) een kabeltje naar de massa onder het dashboard, en de andere naar klemmenstrook X5 (heb ik me laten vertellen, maar voor de zekerheid zie foto):

Hoe dit hele stuk zit naar het brandstofrelais en uiteindelijk naar de zekeringskast en dan weer naar de kilometer teller is mij geheel onduidelijk. Wie o wie kan me hier verder mee helpen?

geel groen is bij Mercedes het toerental signaal draad

maar is het niet makkelijker om die kabelboom compleet te gebruiken dus vervangen voor de gene die je nu hebt

vergeet aan de binnen kant van de auto ook niet de vacuüm leidingen

Oké, dus deze geel groene draad heb ik wel nodig. Misschien kan ik hem eraf knippen en hem aan een andere geel groene draad vast solderen.
Het vervangen van deze kabelboom zou wel makkelijker zijn, maar ik ben ook bezig om een 3.6 v24 (m104) motor in te bouwen. Daar zit weer een andere kabelboom op, dus dat gaat helaas niet.
Zitten de vacuüm leidingen ook heel anders? Is hier misschien ook een schema van te vinden?

ik denk dat deze geel groene draad er voor zorgt dat je motor een paar toeren hoger gaat lopen als de pomp ingeschakeld wordt.
het vacuüm aan de binnen zijde valt wel mee ik heb er geen schema van
maar als ik mij niet vergis zit daar ook nog ergens een vacuüm klepje

voor je verder gaat is het misschien beter om eerst alles bij elkaar te zoeken
sommige delen zijn nog wel leverbaar bij de dealer een aantal niet meer

(dat weet ik omdat ik zelf ook bezig ben met een ombouw project (m112.940)

Je moet met die schema van mij, de connectors opsporen van de airco (pomp, sensors , aircorelais etc)
Dan alle mantels verwijderen, en de draden los leggen, wat je alleen nodig hebt van de airco.

Maar het airco relais heeft een TD (toerental) signaal nodig, omdat hij de snelheid met de pomp en TD vergelijkt, en als het afwijkt (zwaar lopende pomp) de airco weer uitzet.

Als je een andere motor inplaatst heb je dit TD signaal niet meer vermoed ik (die komt uit de ontstekingsmodule EZL)
Misschien kan je dit signaal nabootsen als je een aftermarkt EFI plaatst, zoals een megasquirt ofzo.

Ik heb ook een 2.6 kabelboom omgebouwd, in dit geval toen voor een 190D 2.5

Hoi Wiersma, ik heb een vraagje over het vacuümschema. Ik ben ermee in de auto bezig geweest en daar heb ik nu nog een slangetje los hangen. Dat is het slangetje wat naar 019 gaat op koppeling 35. Weet jij welk component 019 is?

Dat is een tester, om het vacuum te meten, volgens mij moet die slang van 35 naar 31, want daar krijgt het systeem het motorvacuum.
