Het ruitenwissermechanisme, is deze volledig onderhoudsvrij of moet deze af en toe gesmeerd worden. Zo ja, hoe kan ik dat het beste doen en met welke olie?

In de laatste post staat er wat over beschreven:

Ik heb overigens ongeveer een half jaar geleden onder de kap een redelijke hoeveelheid WD40 gespoten, dat werkt tot nu toe nog steeds!

Zeker met het oog op de komende winter is het aan te bevelen om het mechaniek te smeren . dit doe je door bv de wisser in het midden van het raam te plaatsen door deze aan te zetten en het contact uit te draaien zodra hij hier staat . dan kan je het kapje wat over de wisserarm van het mecaniek zit er af klikken . nu kijk je tegen het stangetje aan waar je met bv wd 40 wat kruipolie langs kan spuiten zodat het ook in het mecaniek loopt . hierdoor garandeer je een soepele werking van het geheel . DIE VAN MIJ IS NAMELIJK AL EEN KEER VASTGESLAGEN TOEN IK UIT OOSTENRIJK TERUG REED dus heb mijn lesje wel geleerd want kon toen wel gelijk een andere gaan halen grt hans

Hans is dat die grote kap met ronde bovenzijde en hoe zit die bevestigd? Neem aan geklikt of schuiven? Oh ja, is het niet beter om daar vet aan te smeren of is WD40 of Silliconenspray beter? Alvast bedankt maar weer!

Nee Erwin het is niet die grote ronde kap maar het stukje plastic wat over je wisserarm zit gedrukt [voor die kap] zet er voor het gemak even een paar foto's bij grt hans

Als ik de foto's bekijk moet je hem wegschuiven en dan naar boven halen of zit het anders?

Dat oogje wat je ziet klemt onder de wisserarm en de andere kant zit over de arm heengeklikt dus als je hem nu dicht bij die schijf wat uitbeugt moet hij zo van de arm afkomen en dan kan je hem wegschuiven succes grt hans

Zo weer lekker bezig geweest vanochtend, ook de ruitenwisser kan er weer tegen van de winter. Alles goed schoongemaakt en lekker in de WD40 gezet! Foto is van genomen voordat ik begon en toen was de geheugenkaart vol
