Nou toch wel; Ruben heb een keer mijn regelklep moeten vervangen omdat ik veel afslaan problemen had doordat deze klep een keer backfire heeft gehad en ontregeld was . maar goed ik dus een nieuwe besteld bij de dealer maar moest de oude inleveren want die werd weer terug gestuurd zijden ze en daar kreeg ik toen nog 50 gulden voor [is al weer een tijdje geleden hoor ] grt hans

Gewoon een goeie dealer lijkt mij ,maar ze deden daar echt niet moeilijk over was normaal zeiden ze grt hans

Ik kreeg ook laatst geld terug voor iets wat ik te veel had betaald! Ze hadden de verkeerde schakelaar besteld en ik kon aantonen dat het hun fout was. Lijkt me ook wle logisch maar je hoort verhalen vooral bij de firma Wensink dat die vreselijk moeilijk doen. Ook al hebben zij het verkeerde besteld, speciaal bestelde onderdelen worden niet meer retour genomen!

Ik koop origineel omdat:

A: Het altijd past.
B: Je houd de wagen origineel.
C: Als je de bonnen bewaard bij de documentatie van je Mercedes-Benz geeft dit altijd meer waarde bijvoorbeeld bij taxatie.
D: Het kan minimaal weer 20 jaar mee.
E: Als er een Ster op staat dan is het pas goed!

Hier wil heel graag even op reageren Arno want daar zit zeker een verhaal achter.
Waarom ze "moeilijk doen bij Wensink"
Ik vind het opzich niet moeilijk doen!
Er komen op een gemiddelde dag ongeveer 50 man aan de balie die onderdelen komen halen voor een auto waar ze zelf diagnose aan hebben gesteld of dit laten doen door de beun.
Van de 50 komen er gemiddeld 25 man terug met de opmerking dat het deel toch niet defect was.
Reken dus maar uit hoeveel delen dat in de week zijn.
Als deze delen dus speciaal besteld zijn kunnen ze vaak niet retour naar de Koln.
Dus ja als je dat een paar weken volhoud mag je er wel een extra magazijn bij bouwen,en dat lijkt me niet de bedoeling.
En aangezien Wensink ongeveer 30 vestegingen heeft gaat dit bij elkaar wel heel veel kosten.
En wat betreft ruil delen das een zeer goed systeem.
Veel delen is gewoon in ruil te krijgen motoren,stuurhuis,koppeling,startmotoren injectoren krijg je retourwaarde op.
Dit is makkelijk te herkennen dan staat er achter het onderdeel een /80 of een /70
bijvoorbeeld 001 234 869 / 70

het is wel een herkenbaar verhaal knolders wij maken dat ook dagelijks mee en net wat je zegt mensen die even zelf diagnose stellen en dan later proberen om de onderdelen terug te brengen . Electrische onderdelen worden zo wie zo niet terug genomen [of het moet wel een hele goeie klant zijn] maar wat ik bedoel dat zijn de ruildelen en daar krijg je wel geld voor terug als je de oude onderdelen in leverd en dat is op zich een goed systeem vind ik grt hans

Want als je een nieuwe orgineel deel vergelijkt met een "nieuw" ruildeel ben je echt veel voordeleiger uit!
