Situatie is als volgt:

Ik rij weg en voordat ik het doorheb zit ik in z'n 4, volgas maar kom amper vooruit.

De kickdown werkt tevens niet. Ik heb zo veel mogelijk vacuumslangen nagelopen maar kon niets vinden. Ik vermoed dat het met iets anders te maken heeft, want de complicatie bij foutief vacuum is slecht schakelen en niet het niet functioneren van de kickdown.

Ik heb het type met één vacuumaansluiting.

Kent iemand dit probleem? En weet iemand er meer van?

Je bowdenkabel regelt de schakelmomenten.
Deze loopt over je klepdeksel, met het gas mee.
Hoe langer de kabel, is latere overschakelen.

Hij rijdt toch altijd weg in z'n twee en schakeld bij mij in elk geval ook naar zijn 4 bij 40km al je maar rustig weg rijd.
Bij meer gas geven gaat die wel later schakelen, denk ook meer een kickdowm schakelaar!!!!
Je zou bij wegrijden met volgas wel later overschalelen moeten merken want dat heeft niks met kickdown te maken geloof ik.

*Bij mij schakelt ie heel snel over bij weinig gas bij wegrijden (voor de 2000 toeren al)
*Hij schakelt veel later over (of schakelt zelfs terug ) bij meer gas geven, maar dan is het kickdown relais nog niet ingedrukt. Dan schakelt hij over bij 4500 toeren of meer.
*Maar als je gaat "planken" dan voel je ook dat je de "kickdown" indrukt dan schakelt hij terug en pas over bij 6000 toeren (tegen het rood)

Dus voor de kickdown heb je blijkbaar al 2 opties.
Ik zou dus voor die bowden kabel gaan als mogelijke oorzaak.

Bedankt voor alle reacties, maar de gouden tip zit er volgens mij niet tussen.

-Kickdown of geen kickdown maakt geen verschil
-Hij zit al vrij snel in z'n 4, hoeveel gas je ook geeft, en trekt dus heel traag op
-Volgas of half gas maakt hierin vrijwel gen verschil
-Kickdown lijkt(!) soms de reageren, dan trekt hij hooguit een paar honderd toeren verder door
-Alleen met handmatig schakelen kan ik een beetje vooruit komen (in de 3 doortrekken)

Van een afstelfout is volgens mij geen sprake, omdat het ineens zo is, en niet geleidelijk.
Luchtfilter hoeft niet los, bij mijn diesel.

De kabel is nog zoals hij volgens mij geweest moet zijn. De bowdenkabel trekt ook gewoon terug (is dus niet gebroken o.i.d.)

Kan er intern een kabel gebroken zijn?

Ik schat toch iets met vacuum, maar alle andere vacuum gestuurde instrumenten werken wel?

Heb net op allerlei punten het vacuum gemeten, en dat is er gewoon... Valt ook weg bij volgas.

Bowdenkabel trekt zichzelf ook weer terug na er aan getrokken te hebben.

Is er een interne kabel ofzo? Of waar de kabel in de bak vast zit?

Diepe treurnis dit... haha :S

Van een afstelfout is volgens mij geen sprake, omdat het ineens zo is, en niet geleidelijk.

Hoe voelt jou gaspendaal aan ...is er volgens jou iets veranderd aan het gas geven ?
de gaskabel is bij het overschakelen namelijk ook van belang en dan met name de stand van het gaspendaal...vaak schakeld hij door bij het loslaten van het pendaal.
kijk eens naar de gaskabel of er niet zo'n zwart blokje tussen uit is gevallen of zo

Bedankt voor je reactie.

Voor mijn gevoel is er niets veranderd aan het gaspedaal, en dat terwijl ik normaal wel redelijk verschillen in rijgedrag en bediening voel.

Inderdaad, hij is ineens veranderd en niet geleidelijk of na een verandering/vervanging van iets. Daarom denk ik ook niet dat het met een afstelprobleem te maken heeft.

Ik heb met de bowdenkabel los gereden, en met vacuum los gereden. In beide gevallen werd het zo mogelijk nog slechter.

Turbo lijkt me niet heel veel invloed hebben.

Gisteren op aanraden van iemand met verstand van deze bakken de vacuummodulator aan de bak vervangen, tevens opnieuw afgesteld.

Een forse klus met het volgende resultaat:

Hallo allen,

Ik heb precies dit probleem met een Mercedes 190D 2.0 van 1984.

Schakelt veel te snel over, ook als je vol gas geeft. Schakelt niet terug bij kickdown of flink gas geven. Schakelt wel terug als je even helemaal stil staat.

met de hand schakelen werkt nog wel, maar terugschakelen bonkt als ik gas hou.

Wie helpt me deze oude bak op de weg te houden. Nog kleine 3,5 jaar en dan is het weerk gratis. :D

Hoi Richard, bedankt voor het meedenken.

Hij is een paar jaar geleden ververst en gespoeld en de olie is ook op peil.

Heb zelf geen ervaring met het stellen van de bowdenkabel. Ik zie op het mercedesforum dat ie strakker zou moeten omdat ie dan later schakelt.

De dealer kon niet meer aan dit onderdeel komen en ik heb het er bij gelaten.

Zag in een andere post deze onderdelen catalogus.

De kabel die ik moet hebben is volgens mij MB A 124 300 44 30. Hoe kun je hier nog aan komen als dit bij de dealer niet meer te krijgen is? van de sloop is per definitie ook al vrij oud natuurlijk en ook niet in overvloed.

Heb namelijk gewoon doorgereden en dat werkt prima, maar nu heb ik dit probleem, vermoedelijk versneld door het vele handmatig schakelen automaatbak-speling-t11968.html

Ik zag in het bericht over een bumper kapje een reactie 20-30 euro bij de dealer, opgevolgd door een reactie dat het niet meer bij de dealer te krijgen is.

Volgens mij begint de dealer ondersteuning op te drogen voor deze auto's.
