Speciale tool distributieketting

Beste forumgenoten.

Ik ben bezig met het vervangen van mijn koppakking en reviseren van mijn cilinderkop.
Afgelopen zondag ben ik gestart met demonteren aan de hand van deze video:

Ik heb nog een aantal stukken gereedschap nodig, waaronder volgens mij de tool 'Mercedes-Benz extractor' om de ketting geleider rail te verwijderen. Zie op 2:48 in de video.

Heeft iemand hier ervaring mee en of ik deze echt nodig heb? Of is er zelfs iemand die deze tool heeft en ik deze kan lenen of kopen? Misschien zijn er alternatieven?

Dat is zo te zien een simpele slagtrekker. Zoiets kun je ook improviseren met een bout met de juiste schroefdraad.

De ketting kun je met een paar tiewraps aan het tandwiel vastnaken en dan van de nokkenas schuiven. Stuk makkelijker.

Eens met Vlim! daar zijn meerdere alternatieven voor te vinden. Leuk dat je hieraan begint, hoop dat het allemaal gaat lukken. Wellicht overbodig om te zeggen maar probeer zo schoon mogelijk te werken.. Je wilt geen vuil in je blok hebben.

Het is zaterdag allemaal gelukt, zie de foto's

De pen van de ketting geleider hebben we eruit kunnen krijgen.
We hebben een bougiedop ingeslepen zodat deze over de geleider geplaatst kon worden.
Vervolgens met een M6 schoef tegen de dop aan draaien, hiermee trek je de pen als het ware uit de cilinderkop zonder de geleider of de kop te beschadigen.

Wat niet gelukt is, is het verwijderen van de kettingspanner. We hebben stad en land afgezocht naar een bit om deze los te krijgen, een XZN twaalfpuntige ster 19 of 20mm. We hebben het tandwiel van de nokkenas losgemaakt en de kettingspanner laten zitten. Ik zoek nog wel een dop om deze los te krijgen om deze te controleren en schoon te maken.

Kop is er netjes af, komende tijd aan de slag met reviseren van de kop en vervangen van onderdelen waar je anders nooit bij komt zoals slangetjes en motorsteunen. Misschien ga ik het uitlaatspruitstuk ook wel laten stralen en op kleur spuiten. De auto staat netjes in de schuur en komt voorlopig niet van z'n plek.

Let bij je motorsteunen op dat je goeie kwaliteit koopt. Dit scheelt een bak met herrie in het interieur en je kan verwachten dat goedkopere eerder uitdrogen en gaan lekken, de steunen zijn namelijk gevuld met vloeistof meen ik me te herinneren.
