Hoi allemaal,

Tijdens het vervangen van mijn kleppendekselpakking stoote ik tegen een onderdeel aan, wat vervolgens afbrak.
Het is gemaakt van kunststof, en na bijna 30 jaar is de kans nogal aanwezig dat zoiets snel afbreekt.
Ik weet alleen niet waar het onderdeel voor dient. Zou iemand mij kunnen helpen identificeren? Zodat ik een nieuwe kan bestellen en monteren.

Er loopt geen vloeistof door de leiding, en alle pneumatische onderdelen werken nog prima.
Ik hoop dat iemand mij kan helpen

Volgens mij is dit de sensor die je een verhoogd toenrental geeft bij een koude start.

Het is geen sensor, maar een temperatuur gestuurde klep in de vacuümleiding. Waar die leiding naar toe gaat weet ik niet, waarschijnlijk naar de brandstofvoorziening of naar de ontsteking, maar wel om het lopen na de koude start te verbeteren.

Toon, dit onderdeel regelt je stationair lopen.
Er zit 'n soort klepje in dat bij koude motor 'n beetje open gaat, bij warme motor weer sluit.
De andere aansluiting gaat naar je benzinedrukregelaar, die onder het luchtfilter zit.

Klopt heeft met vaccum uit te staan en er zit een regelklepje in.
Bij mij was dat laatst ook afgebroken.
Als je hem eruit draait staat als het goed is het onderdeelnummer op de zijkant.
Ik kon hem gewoon bij Dealer bestellen. Aan mijn nummer heb je helaas niks aan omdat van een diesel is.

Geen sensor ? Oh, dat is nieuw voor mij.

Een sensor meet alleen en geeft dit door aan iets anders, zoals een metertje in het dashboard, of laat een lampje branden, of geeft het door een een ander apparaat wat dan weer een handeling verricht. Als het ding, zoals hier, zelf handelingen verricht noemen we het een klep of een schakelaar.
Dat is gewoon het verschil.

Juist ja, en waar zit dan die sensor die dat klepje aangeeft iets open te gaan of te smoren ?

Zo'n ding is zelf de (passieve) sensor. Vacuum wordt afgesloten zodra het blok op temperatuur komt. Voeler steekt in het koelwatercircuit. Vacuum stuurt de mengselverhouding van de spinnekop / brandstofverdeler.

Op de foto zie je tevens de thermoswich (rood) voor de radiateur koelfan en de sensor (groen) voor de temp aanduiding op het dashboard.

Bedankt voor alle reacties! Ik ga er van het weekend mee aan de slag. Heel fijn dat er gelijk zoveel mensen meedenken en meehelpen

Zoals Ruud hierboven zelf al schrijft is dit een actieve klep die de vacuümdoorvoer afsluit als het blok op temperatuur is.
NB let ook op de naam die onder de foto staat, zowel in het Engels als in het Nederlands komt het woord "sensor" of "voeler" niet voor
