Omdat er nog wel eens klachten zijn over het tempo waarmee Taxiteille de bestellingen verstuurd, heb ik Taxiteille geschreven en gevraagd om uitleg, ten einde ook de forums beter te informeren.
Na een aantal mailtjes over hun wachttijden van verzending, kreeg ik vanmorgen antwoord op de vraag hoe het komt dat er een aantal dagen overheen gaat alvorens bestelde en betaalde onderdelen bij Taxiteille worden verzonden.
Om de hele procedure wat inzichtelijker te maken, ergernissen weg te nemen, is er toestemming van hen om het antwoord aan mij op de forums te plaatsen. Ze hebben mij verzocht namen weg te laten, daar heb ij natuurlijk begrip voor en laat die ook weg.
Het bericht is een gegeven, en omdat dit een informatie betreft heb ik de topic ook meteen weer afgesloten.

thank you for your Mail. I will explain the process to you for better understanding, cause actually, that’s the normal time for a prepayment order with delivery to Holland, Belgium or France.
Your payment is not automatically 3h later after you execute the payment on our account. We have received your payment during the 12.11.. All payments we receive during a day will be collecting on that day and we write the orders one day later in the morning, in your case it was the 13.11..
If we have enough capacities on that day, there is a good chance, that the package will be ready for delivery on the same day. But actually we had a lot to do, so your order needed a day longer (we apologize for that) and we have transferred your order on the 14.11. to GLS. Then the delivery time to (in this case) France is around 3 days.
I can understand, that you need the parts more faster, but if you choose prepayment, I have no other possibilities. If you would pay by PayPal for instance, I can make the order ready on the same day you execute the payment.
