Mooi, weer als nieuw. Ik dacht trouwens dat je weer een leren pookhoes ging installeren, maar de rubberenhoes is wel origineel.

Ruben is inderdaad met de lederen pookhoes aan het stoeien geweest.
Volgens mij heeft TomMercedes wel het goeie frame voor een lederen pookhoes.
Maar Tom is tevreden dus het zal hem niets schelen.

Heb gisteren een nieuwe leren pookhoes + knop binnengekregen van Orion. Mooi spul!
Wel heb ik een vraag over het monteren. Mijn oude hoes was van rubber, precies zo één als op de foto eerder in dit topic, maar dan 5-bak. Nu blijkt dat de nieuwe niet zonder meer past, de rand is ruimer dan die oude rubberen rand. Kan iemand mij vertellen of de constructie van een latere MOPF anders is dan van een 86-er? Of heb ik voor een leren pookhoes een extra onderdeel nodig om hem op de plastic rand vast te zetten?

jullie hebben wel allebei een Mopf, maar Mike-Benz heeft hetzelfde probleem. Ook een oorspronkelijk rubberen pookhoes neem ik aan dus. Dan zal het niet aan het bouwjaar liggen.
Dan is het één van tweeën:
- óf een leren pookhoes vraagt om een ander soort applicatie om hem aan vast te maken,
- óf wij zien allebei iets over het hoofd...
Wie het weet, laat 'ie het zeggen a.u.b.

Vandaag met garage Snel, mb-specialist gebeld voor een klein beurtje. Meteen even gevraagd naar de pookhoes. Hij vertelde dat het misschien een leren hoes voor een W124 is, die zijn een centimeter ruimer...
Morgen gaan we even kijken.
Wordt vervolgd.

ook mijn pookknop ziet er niet meer uit maar is in 1 geheel met leren hoes,hoe dit het beste vervangen ?en is dit ook in 1 geheel te bestellen? het is een 4 bak en op bv ebay zie ik alleen knoppen voor 5 bak,of gewoon een universeel knop kopen met universeel hoes,moet zeggen mijn hoes is nog gewoon top,zou ik hem ook gewoon kunnen door knippen en dan de knop er af kunnen draaien?
