Nu het wat kouder wordt gaat af en toe de kachel maar weer eens aan.
Maar deze heeft wat rare kuren.
Of ik nu links of rechtse knop draai altijd gaat het passagiersgedeelte naar warm. En bij de linkse blijft de bestuurders kant dus koud.
Als ik de knoppen voor temperatuur regeling beweeg dan is stand 0 koud en na 1 MM is de stand gelijk de hoogste stand warm? tussen ijskoud en bloedheet is dus geen opbouw.

De luchtkleppen in de verwarming die de temperatuur regelen zitten niet verbonden aan de regelknoppen, alleen de vacuüm gestuurde afsluiter in het koelwatercircuit werkt blijkbaar. En dat is een open/dicht kraan, dus heet of koud, er zit geen regeling in.

Als het goed is wel. Beide knoppen regelen een klep in het kachelhuis, waarmee warme en koude lucht gemengd worden. Met die knoppen bepaal je de verhouding warme en koude lucht waardoor de uitstroom temperatuur een bepaalde waarde krijgt. Bij jou is de verbinding tussen de knop en de klep stuk en gebeurd er niets als je er aan draait. Als beide knoppen op "koud" staan wordt er vacuüm naar de klep in de koelwaterleiding gestuurd waardoor deze dicht gaat en er geen heet koelwater meer door de kachel stroomt en deze gewoon koud blijft. Deze klep zit er tussen om in de zomer te zorgen dat de lucht die eventueel nog een beetje via de warme lucht buis het interieur wordt ingeblazen toch gewoon buitentemperatuur heeft, zomers is het al gauw te warm in de auto en dan zit je niet te wachten op extra verwarming. Als je een van beide temperatuur regel knoppen een klein beetje verdraait valt het vacuüm weg en gaat waterafsluiter meteen helemaal open.
Dat is zo'n beetje de werking van het systeem.

Je zult de kachelunit eruit moeten halen en open maken. Dan kijken wat er kapot of los is en dat herstellen.
Zelf heb ik dit nooit gedaan, maar ik denk net dat het simpeler kan.

De linker en rechter kraan zie je kaal/zonder knop op de foto.

Op de onderste foto zie je een vierkant staafje, daar heb ik een witte ring omheen gezet. Achter die vacuum knie.
Deze staafjes worden bestuurd door de kraan aan de buiten zijde en zitten zowel links als rechts (foto) Dat staafje moet bij het in elkaar zetten een klein stukje in een ander staafje/hulsje worden geschoven. (gaat wat stroef)

De onderste foto is van onderaf genomen.

Denk nou niet dat ik er verstand van heb, :naughty:

maar heb wel alles van het dashboard helemaal uit elkaar gehad en weer netjes in elkaar gezet. Mogelijk, misschien, ja, ik ben voorzichtig met mijn uitspraken, :shhh:

maar mogelijk is het ene staafje uit het andere geschoten door een eerdere blokkade.

Je moet er veel voor weghalen om er weer bij te kunnen.

Ik hoop dat je hiermee een beetje op weg geholpen bent, en het is misschien goed als je in je profiel je woonomgeving zet, dan zou het kunnen dat iemand je kan helpen
