Ik heb net een 190 uit 1983 gekocht. Kan de 2.0 carburatiemotor zonder problemen op euro 95 lopen? Super 98 is nergens meer te krijgen. Zoniet, zijn de 'octaanverhogers' uit de handel dan een goeie oplossing?

BP heeft gewoon nog super 98, wij hebben hier zelfs nog een pomp met een nog hoger octaangehalte.. Ga er geenV-power zooi ingooien oid. dat is allemaal gebaseerd op 95.

ik tank ook altijd bij de BP , diesel welliswaar. maar toen ik nog benzine reed (en jong en gek was..) ook altijd bij de bp getankt.

V-power en consorten hebben een octaangehalte van 97. Zitten dus eigenlijk tussen 95 en 98 in. 98 mag enkel 98 heten in Nederland als het ook daadwerkelijk octaangehalte 98 heeft. Zo niet, dan valt het onder octaangetal 95. Als je in Duitsland V-power tankt heeft dat octaangetal 100 overigens!
