Hallo all,


Ik heb een W201 2.5 Diesel uit 86.
De auto heeft heel weinig vermogen en trekt bijna niet meer.
Ik moet goed gas geven om enigszins een beetje op snelheid te komen.Eenmaal in zijn 3 dan valt het wel mee dan trekt hij iets beter.
Ook rookt de auto als een ketter,met name bij het optrekken in zijn 1 & 2.

Onlangs naar een bosch garage gegaan voor een Forte Motoflush + Olie service,maar dat heeft vrijwel niets geholpen.

Verstuivers zijn z.g.a.n


Wie weet wat er aan de hand kan zijn.

Brandstof filter ook al vervangen en het voor filter ?

Is het blauwe rook dan is het moter olie die hij verbrand.
Is het zwarte rook dan moet je het in het brandstof systeem zoeken.

Klinkt als versleten lagerschalen!
Als dat het is,is inderdaad je blok versleten!

De Brandstof filter in de tank en voorraan zijn nog niet vervangen.
De filter in de tank weet ik nu wel te vinden dankzij die engels Mercedes forum (ben de naam ff kwijt)
Maar voorin,is dat dat doorzichtig dingetje wat jullie bedoelen?
Dit zou een easy fix moeten zijn.



Qua rook:
Het is Grijzig en bij vol gas geven (optrekken is het meer zwart) Mensen achter mij halen mij in en kijken mij aan alsof ze zeggen willen daar heb je weer zo'n 190 rijder.

Maar wat heeft het roken te maken met het langzaam optrekken of filters?

Ben zeer benieuwd naar jullie ractie's.

Als je motor wat slecht zijn diesel krijgt doordat er bv een filter is verstopt dan loop de motor slecht rond omdat hij te weinig krijgt en daardoor kan hij dus ook gaan roken omdat hij een slechte verbranding heeft . Nageld de motor ook erg bij gas geven [soort ratelen ,dieselklop] ???? las dat de verstuivers nieuw zijn ,maar zijn deze corect afgesteld want als er 1 door blijft lekken kan hij ook zwart gaan roken ,maar ik zou bij de filters gaan beginnen grt hans

Oke,dat worden dus filters vervangen.
Iemand een idee wat de benaming is voor de dieselfilters,of waar ze gemakkelijk te bestellen zijn?

Het diesel filter word ook een brandstof filter genoemd en die kan je bij de dealer halen of bij de betere automatrialen zaak denk daar bij aan bv een brezan ,gamo of cartell grt hans

O ja,die weet ik wel te vinden.
Maar ik dacht dat je ook de filter in de tank moest vervangen.(soort ijzeren zeefje)

Zwarte rook kan er ook op duiden dat er teveel diesel ingespoten wordt (afstelling/dieselpomp). Of dat-ie te weinig lucht krijgt om de ingespoten diesel te verbranden. Al naar het luchtfilter gekeken?

Verder kan er nog iets met de timing (vervroeging?) zijn, aangenomen dat de verstuivers inderdaad echt goed zijn en dat-ie goed koud start (dan is de compressie ook wel in orde)

Versleten lagerschalen gaat-ie niet van roken lijkt mij.

Misschien even een diesel specialist naar laten kijken, want als je lokale garage niets beters kan verzinnen dan Forte Motoflush om dit op te lossen, gaat hij er niet uitkomen

Het luchtfilter is vernieuwd.
Bij het weghalen van de oude zat er wel wat zwetend olie in de luchtfilter(huis)
Ik zal morgen eens kijken hoe het nou eruit ziet.


Koud starten gaat prima,enkel als de auto een paar dagen niet gebruikt is en het is koud geweest moet je wel iets gas geven de eerste paar seconden anders slaat hij af.
Auto heeft nieuwe gloeibougies en een nieuwe accu


De forte motor flush was een tip van iemand die zij dat de zuigerveren wel eens vast konden gaan zitten.
Dus we hebben dat gepropeerd zonder al teveel succes helaas.(weer 245 euro armer)



Ik zal nu de filters proberen.
Is de rook dan nog niet verholpen en het langzaam optrekken dan ga ik opzoek naar een ander blok.

Dat is wel erg rigoreus, ik zou inderdaad de pomptiming en de beide filters eens vervangen. Een ander blok, weet je ook niet direct wat er mee aan de hand is. Begint wellicht de ellende opnieuw. Ga eens naar een echte diesel specialist, wellicht is dat een goedkopere oplossing dan een motor swap.

o duur grapje zo'n motorflusch. En dan ook nog eens zonder resultaat. Balen.
Ik zou eerst maar eens beginnen met het filter in de tank. Grote kans dat die dichtgeslibt zit.
Die kun je het beste bij een Mercedesdealer halen.
Het is dan wel handig om zo min mogelijk brandstof in de tank te hebben want alles moet er uit.
Bij een vervuild tankfilter is het meestal zo dat de auto steeds slechter gaat rijden naar mate er minder brandstof in de tank zit. Bij een volle tank gaat het meestal nog wel omdat er dan wat meer druk op het filter staat en er dus ondanks de vervuiling meer brandstof doorgelaten wordt.

Kever, ja die klopt. Het stond nog steeds vermeld als het decoratiebedrijf van zijn vader.
Ernst is een echte 'petrolhead' met enorme kennis van (diesel)motoren en alles wat op en aan een Benz hangt, maar je moet niet beginnen over een website
Maar achter dat voormalige decoratiebedrijf schuilt nu wel een akelig professioneel revisie en (MB) restauratiebedrijf, die je het vel niet over de oren trekt omdat je een 'speciale' auto rijdt.
