Van 1 van mijn auto's lopen de elektrische ramen eigenlijk veel te langzaam als ik het vergelijk met mijn andere auto's. ik heb een van de mechanismen vervangen door een andere maar dat hielp helemaal niet. ook de geleiders schoon maken en weer insmeren met (siliconen) vet maakt het niet veel beter. ook heb ik er een andere accu in gezet....

het enige wat mij opvalt, is dat als ik het raammechanisme eruit gehaald heb, het toch enige moeite kost om het raam zelf omhoog te duwen. niet dramatisch hoor,... maar je krijgt niet het gevoel dat het over 'kogellagers' loopt (ik weet ook niet hoe ik het anders moet omschrijven).

dus, kan het misschien zijn dat de ramen aanlopen? kan ik dat ook smeren?......

Je kunt het wel smeren om te kijken of het beter word. Een smeermiddel op teflon basis is de beste. Maar controleer ook even het geleide rubber of die niet kapot is, gebeurd ook nog wel eens...

Probeer eens de rubbers waar de ramen doorlopen in te spuiten met siliconespray heeft bij mij ook gewerkt, gewoon met het slangetje door de gleuven spuiten, vaak zit hier ook wat stroevigheid en vuil in.

Een smeermiddel met siliconen helpt vrijwel niets en je hebt ook kans dat de ramen hierdoor kunnen gaan piepen. Dit omdat de geleiders ook kunststof delen bevatten. Smeren met iets op teflon basis dus

Je kunt ook kijken als je deurpaneel eraf is of je raam nog mooi door de gelijders loopt en de moeren van het raammechanischme nog goed vast zitten waardoor hij het raam scheefdoor de geleiders drukt.silecone krijg je verschrikkelijke vette raamen van.

Ik zit met een stroef lopend raam rechts achter. Voor de volledigheid, deze is electrisch bediend. Ik heb het deurpaneel er al afgehaald, en de rail ingespoten met een op teflon basis smeermiddel, maar dit helpt maar weinig tot niets. Ook het raamrubber (nr 35) in delen verwijderd, maar dat scheelt ook niet.

Zit er nu over te denken om het witte (nylon?) blokje (nr 23 op onderste plaatje) te vervangen, maar ik heb geen idee of dat zal helpen.
Ik vraag me nu ook even af wat Fietsensloper hierboven bedoeld met geleiderubbers... bedoeld hij dan de raamrubbers (nr 35) ?

Goedenavond, probeer deze eens, het principe is hetzelfde.

Het witte blokje heet "gleitbacke". Dit slijt na jaren gebruik en wil uit de geleider lopen. Ik geloof dat 1 ong. €25,- kost.

Het stroef lopen van het raam kan ook komen doordat de geleiding niet goed is afgesteld waardoor het raam iets scheef in de rubbers loopt.
In bijgaande PDF staat de instructie voor het afstellen van de raam geleiding.
Wat anders ook nog kan helpen is al het oude vet van de raamgeleiding grondig te verwijderen en te voorzien van nieuw vet. Met name de tanden van het elektrisch raammechanisme zijn naar verloop van tijd vervuild en het vet is dan ook taai en zwart van het vuil.
Bij mijn elektrische ramen (aan de voorzijde) heeft het schoonmaken en opnieuw invetten redelijk goed geholpen.
