Hallo allemaal,

Laatst hebben wij een set sacco bretter gekocht.
Van de donor auto kreeg ik niet alle clips er af.

De meeste clips heb ik via eBay gevonden. Echter nog niet alles.
De onderste rij clips op de foto zoek ik onder andere nog, ik weet niet welke dat is.

Daarnaast heb ik niet goed onder de auto gekeken hoe de schroefjes voor de side skirts vast zitten.
Moeten hiervoor gaten geboren worden aan de onderkant?
De kruiskopschroefjes achter het rubber zitten geschroefd in plastic clipjes, welke zijn dat?

De de lange side skirts zitten aan de onderkant van de auto met speciale schroefjes, welke in kunststof dopjes/houdertjes gemonteerd zitten.
Dus geen Parkers direct in het staal schroeven. Daar krijg je na verloop van tijd rotte plekken van.
Voor die dopjes moet je vierkante gaatjes maken. (Gaatje boren en daarna met klein vijltje vierkant maken. Goed behandelen tegen roest, dopje erin drukken en daarna kan de side skirt gemonteerd worden.

Wil je die weg niet gaan zou je de onderkant van de side skirt ook los kunnen laten. Minder werk en geen kans op roest, later.
Dat is bij mijn 2,6 ooit zo gedaan door een vorige eigenaar en ik vind het prima zitten.

Als de beplating dan gewoon goed vast zit ga ik er verder ook geen gaten in boren

En de schroefjes achter het rubber van de side skirts?

Echt niemand?
De dorpels zien er bij de facelift iets anders uit dan bij de pre facelift.
Er zitten niet enkel aan de onderkant gaatjes met daarin een klipje waarin een kruiskop geschroefd kan worden
Ook bovenaan is dit het geval. En die bovenkant zit bij de facelift dus anders..

De rij waar de schroeven komen zit iets meer naar binnen dan bij de pre facelift

Ik neem aan dat je nr 251 bedoelt.
Ik zelf heb ze met RVS schroeven (en rvs schijven) vastgezet. Afgelopen jaar los gehaald. Geen roest waargenomen aan de koker alsmede de schroeven. Wel met antiroest de gaten behandeld en daarna met tectyl. Ook degene aan de onderzijde zo gedaan.

Je kan natuurlijk gaatje boren en dan vierkant uitboren, maar vergeet niet dat je slijpsel in de koker gaat krijgen.

Heb je ook een real life plaatje van 251 (en 223)?
Ik ben een beetje huiverig om schroeven te gebruiken ookal zijn ze van RVS

Nee, helaas niet.

Die haal ik uit het plaatje van Orion

Dat zijn een soort pluggen, en ja dan ga je ook in de chassisbalk boren.

Origineel zitten er gaten in de balken
Daarin zit een plastic plug en daarin wordt geschroefd.
Schroeven rechtstreeks in het ijzer ben ik huiverig voor. (Ik dacht dat Orion dat bedoelde)

Ik heb bij de donorauto de plastic plug niet los gekregen.
De donorauto staat hier ook niet en ik weet niet meer exact hoe deze eruit zien.
Nu wil ik deze plugs aftermarket bestellen, maar ik weet niet welke ik dan nodig heb.

Ik heb inmiddels volgens mij alle clipjes (over)compleet, maar voor de sideskirts heb ik alleen de schroeven.
Plugs onder en boven mis ik, vandaar mijn vraag.

Het is een zeer prijzig grapje om van pre-mopf naar mopf te gaan

Volgens mij heb je voor de onderkant van de skirt plug 230 nodig. Dat is de plug voor dat vierkante gaatje waar ik over schreef.
Bij een auto die ik een paar jaar geleden had was de skirt ook vast gezet met alleen maar (metalen) parkers. Die waren dus allemaal verrot. Ik moest dat uitboren en heb het opnieuw gedaan met de plugjes.
Bestel er anders eerst 1 en kijk of het de goede zijn. Teruggeven gaat meestal niet en het loopt met geld inderdaad lekker op.
Ik zal nog even kijken of ik er nog 1 heb.

Ik weet niet of ze op andere plekken dan de onderkant van de skirt zitten. Het blijft lastig zoeken via die tekening.
Wil je toch alleen parkers gebruiken zou ik zeker rvs nemen. Maar dat is ook geen garantie dat het niet gaat rotten. Op de fabrieks manier bevestigen is het beste. (Afgezien van wat vijlsel).

Ik kan deze plugs helaas nergens op eBay of AliExpress vinden.
De overige clips die ik miste heb ik allemaal op eBay kunnen vinden.

Als ik er 30 nodig heb kost dat me excl BTW al 50 euro.
Ik ga eens even goed goed goed verder zoeken. In iedergeval bedankt!
