Hoi mede 190 rijders
Ik rij nu al iets meer dat 1/2 jaar in een 190E automaat LPG uit 1984.
Ik krijg echter steeds meer last met het afslaan van de motor;
Als de motor warm gereden is slaat de motor af als hij ontkoppels word ( bij een afslag rotonde of stoplicht)
Het gebeurd echter niet altijd maar schijnbaar volledig willekeurig.
Ik heb wel ontdekt dat de luchtinvoer naar de luchtfilter invloed heeft
Het gebeurd het minst als ik de lucht direct in het filter laat zuigen .
Het gebeurd het vaakst als de lucht via de slang uit de grill aangezogen wordt.
Het luchtfilter heb ik vernieuwd ; zonder resultaat.

Als ik op benzine rij is het probleem vrijwel verdwenen .

Weet iemand wat dit kan zijn? . Ik ben al eens bij een Mercedes specialist in Oude Haske geweest .
die konden niets viden maar trokken wel de slang van de grill . Dit helpt ook wel iets.

het klinkt als een vacuumlek ergens rond de inlaat ,loop alle boutjes van het inlaatspruitstuk na of ze nog vast zitten , luister eens goed rond de inlaat of je bij een lopende motor iets hoort sissen of sputteren , werkt dat niet spuit dan met een lopende motor een beetje wd40 rond de diverse pakkingen en slangaansluitingen van de inlaat ( kijk wel uit rond de ontsteking en dynamo en zo want wd40 is snel ontvlambaar ) en kijk bij ieder stukje natgespoten even naar achteren of je rook uit de uitlaat ziet komen of dat je de motor hoort stotteren , of juist in toeren omlaag of omhoog hoord gaan , zo ja zuigt hij daar de kruipolie naar binnen moet je dat gebied beter bekijken

de slang van luchtfilter uit de grill laten...

verder kijken of de puls weg valt op de inpuls relais. zo ja da sluit de gas instaltie zichzelf af

bougie's op 0,6mm afgesteld?

Heb je je luchtinlaat niet zo zitten als ik op de foto? Mijn gasboer heeft dat zo gemaakt. Onze LPG gasinstallaties houden er niet van om de lucht rechtstreeks van buiten het luchtfilter in te gaan.

Als dit niet helpt zou ik eens de stappen motor schoonmaken en daarna het OVP-relais nakijken, en de voetjes eens schoonmaken of meteen vervangen.

Kleppen stellen.
Bougies controleren en op ca. 0,65mm zetten.
Kabels, rotor en verdeelkap controleren en zonodig vervangen.
Co afstelling nakijken.

Ik heb de slang er af dan slaat de motor het minst ad .
Met de slag erop valt de motor bij els stoplicht stil
Bougie zij net ververst.
Het idee dat het gas tijdelijk afgesloten wordt door een electrich probleem is interant lijkt me
het gekke is dat het af en toe gebeurd en met de slang tussen filter en grill heel vaak.

Ik zie dat de trechter uit de grill is gehaald . Dit kan ik ook eens proberen.
Waar zit de stappen motor . kan je nisschien het ding aanwijzen op de foto?

Je schreef dat je het luchtfilter vervangen hebt . Mijn vraag is dan was het oude filter erg vuil ?? waarom ? nou als je een vuil filter zou hebben krijgt de motor een andere lucht brandstof verhouding als met een schoon filter . dus het zou nu best eens zo kunnen zijn dat hij nu op gas te zuinig staat afgesteld . Loopt hij op benzine wel goed ? grt hans

Tot mijn grote teleurstelling maakte het nieuwe filter geen merkbaar verschil.
Op benzine rijdt hij goed en slaat ook niet af.
Ik zal de luchtinlaat eens knutselen zoals op de foto van orion ,kost niks en wie weet.

ik heb hetzelfde ,heb nieuwe kabels luchtfilter bougies en dergelijke geprobeerd,maar ik vind het niet.
motor loopt ook minder mooi voordat hij zomaar zonder iets uitvalt,bouwt dan ook minder oliedruk op .
zou graag eens is van jou willen weten hoe dat jij dat nou opgelost hebt ,als het opgelost is.

Ik had het probleem ook, ik heb het probleem omzeild door hem stationair wat hoger te laten lopen. Nu valt hij ook niet meer uit.

Hoi, ik denk dat jij geen stappenmotor hebt gezien het bwjr. Maar dan heb je een stationair-stelschroef aan de onderzijde
van het luchtfilter. Kan je ietwat verdraaien, maar ik zou dan meteen naar de LPG boer gaan en hem je co te laten afstellen in combinatie met je toerental. Succes.

Denk zelf ook meer aan uitwaaien op LPG door de luchtinlaat.
Zodra die bij mij rijwind naar binnen krijgt slaat die af bij gas loslaten.
Luchtinlaat gewoon bochtje in gemaakt naar de zijkant

dan zal die waarschijnlijk erg krap afgesteld zijn bij de oudere typen gasinstalaties geeft de verdamper meer of minder gas aan de hand van get vacuum op de gasslang naar de verdamper

Ik heb nu van alles geprobeerd met de inlaat slang bochje opzij bochtje naar onder.
Het blijkt dat als ik de slang weglaat het beste resultaat heb .
Beste Marcel en Silvia. of de olie druk zakt voor het afslaan van de motor zou goed kunnen; het toerental neemt snel af
Het iets hoger afstellen van het stationair toerental lijkt mij wel wat.
Het gekke is dat soms het stationaire toerental 1000 /min is . Dan slaat hij ook nooit af.
De volgende dag is het stationair toerental 800??? en dan komt het probleem terug.

Weet iemand waar de afstelschroef voor het stationair toerental zit?

Bij mij zit het zo (zie onder), en ik heb geen enkel probleem.
Ik heb eens de luchtslang op de "tuit" gezet en hij sloeg prompt af bij stoplichten. Snel weer terug gezet en noot meer problemen gehad
De mijne loopt 800-900 toeren stationair op LPG.
