Liefhebbers,

Weet iemand een bedrijf/particulier die de deurbekleding kan herstellen? Helaas is deze los gaan laten door de warmte... ik kan jammer genoeg ook nergens nieuwe deurbekleding vinden in deze kleur.

Hoor het graag als iemand iets weet!

Hoi, had er zelf ook last van heb bij de bouwmarkt een hoek profiel gehaald van aluminium en deze er op gelijmd.
Je heb ze ook van plastic kleine hoek profielen , maar vind dit meer uitstraling hebben..herstellen in de oude staat zonder dat gaat niet meer daarvoor heb je te weinig houvast van het oude materiaal. Misschien is dit voor jou een idee.

Keurig hoor !
Heb je het hoekprofiel er tussen gedrukt, zonder de deurpaneel los te halen ?

Of moest het hele deurpaneel er af, om het hoekprofiel vast te lijmen ?

In de how-to gaat het paneel eraf, wordt er gelijmd en ge-niet met een nietmachine.

Hoe heb jij/hebben jullie het gedaan ?

De hoekprofielen die ik gekocht heb komen hier (https://dhzstore.nl/product/aluminium-l ... de-hoeken/) vandaan. Ik heb gekozen voor het 20x10x1,5mm profiel met 3 afgeronde hoeken omdat dit het mooist is.
Het liefst had ik een 10x10x1,5mm profiel gehad, maar die was er niet.

Ik heb de 20mm zijde afgekort tot ongeveer 10mm zodat het niet de diep tussen de deurpaneel en raamrubber komt. De afgekorte zijde heb ik over de gehele lengte met een vijl afgerond en glad gemaakt. De zichtzijde heb ik eerst licht opgeschuurd en daarna gepolijst. Uiteraard eerst op maat en passend gemaakt. Om de profielen te plaatsen heb ik ze eerst met wat WD40 ingesmeerd en vervolgens met een rubber hamer voorzichtig tussen het paneel en raamrubber getikt. Ze klemmen goed er tussenin, dus lijmen hoeft niet. Als laatste nog een keer gepoetst en....voilà!

Netjes hoor.

Gisteren de bestuurdersdeur gedaan, die was het ergste.
Heb aluminium hoekprofiel gebruikt, zoals boven beschreven, maar dan 15x15x1.5 mm. Bij de Praxis gekocht, 6 euro voor 2 meter.
Ben benieuwd wat het op langere termijn doet : hoop niet dat het met aluminium en al, omhoog gedrukt wordt .

15 mm x 15 mm, iets breder dan hierboven. Hierdoor valt 1 kant wat dieper in het schutbord, waardoor het langer blijft zitten, hoop ik. Hij valt van boven ook net iets breder, gaat nét aan met de deurknopjes.
Bij 1 van de achterdeurknopjes, heb ik het plastic rondje, (niet de knop zelf !), weg moeten halen. Het liep anders te stroef.

Waarom niet die strips over de gehele breedte van de deuren? Nu stopt het zo abrupt.
Bij de deurknopjes had makkelijk even een half maantje uit de strips kunnen halen. Staat wat netter.

Ik ben het met je eens, maar ik ben uiterst onhandig. Ik wilde geen risico nemen dat alles nét niet zou passen, dus maar een cm korter. Ikzelf vind het niet erg, maar ik snap je wel, die halve maantjes staan inderdaad veel mooier.
Ik heb niet eens een zaag, de garage heeft het voor me afgezaagd. En of zij halve maantjes hadden kunnen doen, weet ik niet. Ik heb geen idee hoe dat zou moeten.
