heb een paar vragen over een versnellingsbak.

gisteren wilde ik weg rijden , maar kwam snel achter dat de versnellingsbak niet over schakelde .
rook wel een soort verbrand rubber , toen ik achteruit reed ,
schrok er wel een beetje van .
leek wel dat hij in de 1 bleef hangen ,
hen weer de Mercedes uit gezet , opnieuw gestart ,
alle versnellingen gezet .
achteruit werkte
d stand werkte en
3 en 2 werkte ook ,
wilde weer weg rijden in d stand ,,,
maar schakelde niet over ,
helaas was ik 30 km nog van huis ,
dus heb ik de gok gewaagt ,om naar huis te rijden ,
kon niet harder dan 50 a 60 km per uur rijden , met een toerental van 4000
ben gelukkig heelhuids thuis gekomen ,
motorische loop het als een zonnetje ,

nu komt mijn vraag aan jullie ,

1 ) wat kan het zijn ,
2 ) en hoe los ik deze probleempje op .

kan ik zoiets zelf naar kijken, om zo achter te komen ,waar het probleem zit ,
of moet ik het naar een garage brengen ?

Heb je de olie van de automaat al gepeild Artur? Bekijk ook de kleur van de olie goed. Die moet rood zijn en zeker niet verbrand ruiken.
Olie peilen met draaiende, warme motor. Gebruik de zoekfunctie ook even.

olie heb ik gepeild , met draaiende moter ,
olie niveau staat mooi tussen de 2 strepen .
de kleur is doorzichtig , en niet vervuild .

was ook op zoek gegaan , en las dit ,

klopt het ,
90 % van niet op schakelen , is de oorzaak een verstopte hydrauliekfilter.(onder automatische versnellingsbak )
klopt dat ?

ik denk . dat ik morgen even een monteur op bel , om olie en filter te vervangen , hoop dat het dan het probleem op gelost is ,

alle versnellingen werken , maar schakelt niet door .

Hopelijk lost dat het probleem op Artur. Ik weet er verder helaas te weinig van. Misschien komen er nog tips. Succes

Als de zeef verstopt is zou je denken dat de olie ook vuil moet zijn en zoals is te lezen zou dat schoon zijn.
Wellicht is er een veer in het brein stuk of blijft er een ventiel hangen waardoor er geen commando komt om over te schakelen.

Die kunststof busjes (bushings) willen wel verslijten of zelfs verdwijnen na jaren.
Je krijgt dan veel speling op de pook.
Hopelijk zit hier je probleem. Het zit aan de linkerkant van de bak ter hoogte van de schakelpook (uiteraard) en wat verder naar voren. Er zijn dus 2 van die bushings. Moeilijk te bereiken maar je kunt er wel tussendoor kijken om te zien of het probleem daar zit.
De foto's zijn van mijn W124 maar de W201 is hetzelfde.

Problemen klinken eerder als een vastzittende kickdown schakelaar. (onder je gaspedaal)
Trek die stekker eens los.
60km met 4000 toeren is de 2e versnelling van de automaat.

mijn gevoel , zegt , dat het rubbertje , eruit licht ,,
elke keer als ik schakel ,,hoorde ik een ijzere klick ,


heb schakelaar, heet kuchschakelaar ,bij gaspendaal ,, werkt nog goed ,
als ik stekker los maak, en meer rij , rijd het erg onregelmatig . naar stekker in geplugd te hebben , rijd het weer soepel .
dus g a ik er van uit , dat kuch schakelaar nog werkt

Mercedes staat nog bij monteur ,,
hij had deze week super druk ,, hij ging zaterdag naar kijken ,
zal ook deze gegevens door spelen , dat hij eerst naar rubber moet kijken als die er uit ligt .

Eerst maar hopen dat dat het probleem is Artur. De tip was trouwens van Jan maar dat maakt verder niet uit. We proberen te helpen waar we kunnen. We horen graag wat het euvel precies was. Succes.

Kuch schakelaar?

Het zou ook nog de schakelband kunnen zijn.
Maar ik hoop voor jou dat het die plastic busjes zijn.

monteur heeft alles naar gekeken ,
olie was net als nieuw en dat geld ook voor de filter ,
bij Nader inspectie in filter kwamen wij plastic tegen .
hij dacht dat er iets in de schakelbrain stuk is , en gaf mij het advies
schakelbrain kost nieuw rond de 1000€ .
om toch maar een vervangende automaat bak te kopen .
ik kan er eentje nu kopen ,
maar wat is het verschil in de nummers ,
bijn mijne automaat staat 72240002 en die ik kan kopen staat 72240802
zie foto .
wie kan mij het verschil daarover vertellen

hij zij , als jouw automaat bak soepel alle versnellingen schakelt .,
kan nooit de schakelbrain stuk zijn .
hij zij , kufner veer ( centifigaal koppeling zal wel vast zitten .

en als dat zo is ,, heb je veel kunnen besparen in de onkosten ,

de huidige monteur kijkt er morgen of maandag er naar .

heb weer iets bij geleerd ,
en hoop als een lid ooit problemen krijgt die ik ook had ,, dat hij er baat bij heeft ,

ps bak code 722 type 400 of 408 is een nieuwere bak . maar de aansluitingen zijn het zelfde en transmissie ook
