Op zich moet dat niets uitmaken. De verkoper is verantwoordelijk voor het product tot aan levering. Dus ook voor een juiste verpakking en transport. En ik betaal voor het verzenden en hij bied zelf ook verzending aan.
Als je een koplamp koopt ga je ook niet vragen of hij er wat meer omheen doet dan een envelop.

Maar ik heb hem gevraagd wat de kosten voor verzending dan waren en wat de totale prijs zou zijn.
Hij handelt ook nog onder een Handelsfirma dus als bedrijf. Feitelijk kan ik zelfs eisen dat hij de koop ongedaan maakt.

Maar het gaat erom dat je van een verkoper mag verwachten dat hij op zijn minst een beetje zijn best doet om beschadiging onderweg te voorkomen. En dan verzendkosten vragen en het met een envelop met wat van die verdikking te versturen past daar niet in. Dan had hij gewoon briefpost tarief moeten vragen en geen pakkettarief

Ik lees ophalen of verzenden in de advertentie voor € 3,45 ?
Ik weet dat pakketpost € 6,95 bedraagt tot 10 kilo !
Je had 30 geboden,wat moest je betalen incl.verzenden ?
Pakketpost gaat normaliter NIET door de brievenbus !

Je zou MP even om advies kunnen vragen. Ik vind het ook niet netjes. Als bedrijf moet je wel wat service geven.

Inderdaad hij had de verpakking even op een dun stukje triplex oid moeten tapen en dan had het ook gewoon door de brievenbus gepast, kleine moeite die je van een professioneel bedrijf zeker mag verwachten.

Ook je eigen verantwoording hoor

Brievenbus post is altijd risico , en op marktplaats helemaal

Tevens kwetsbare dingen verzenden neem je altijd risico mee .

Wellicht heb je zelf ook te veel aannames gedaan dat hij het wel goed zou doen .

Als het goed moet moet je het altijd zelf doen dus ophalen .

Echter zijn reactie is natuurlijk prut

Ik wil alleen maar zeggen als je 3,45 hebt betaald,dat je dan geen pakkettarief hebt betaald,maar dit alles neemt niet weg dat de verkoper wat zorgvuldiger met verpakken had moeten zijn,zelf zou ik zoiets dus nooit door de brievenbus
Laten bezorgen,als er verder niemand thuis is en het spul ligt op de mat en je komt thuis kun je ook met de deur openen schade toebrengen aan het setje ! Kan ook schade oplopen met door de brievenbus mikken,al met al klote voor je !

Laat maar wordt eindeloze discussie.

De 190E met kenteken 73JRS8 (Stond ooit te koop bij Auto Timon) waar jullie het over hebben is een maand geleden door mij gekocht (zie foto). Het is een fantastische auto die met veel liefde wordt gereden!

De volgende zaken zijn/ worden aangepakt
1. nieuwe brandstofpomp
2. Revisie ruitenwissermechanismes (zelf gedaan, met dank aan dit forum)
3. alle interieurlampjes gerepareerd, incl buitentemperatuur LCD
4. Uitdeuken 2 deukjes linker voorscherm
5. Interieur reiniging (was niet echt nodig, maar toch...)

Die had ik bij Jetcars ontdekt, werd verkocht en stond daarna voor het dubbele prijs te koop.

Dat klopt inderdaad, je had toen gepost dat ie voor een prikkie bij Jet-oplichters stond, €2.350,- of zo?
Wel een mooie auto!
