Het is geen leuk gezicht van mijn Benzje, maar het is wel een foto.

Vandaag, terwijl ik op weg was naar Cor de Jong, dacht een Astra'tje even van baan te wisselen op de Van Brienenoordbrug en springt zo mijn baan in terwijl ik toch wel eventjes een stukje harder reed ik kon binnen de 5 meter die ik had niet meer remmen en tikte d'r zo aan van achteren.

Ik heb daarna nog mijn weg vervolgd naar Cor en die maakte meteen een schaderapport op, kosten van de reparatie: een kleine €6000 (uitgaand van nieuwe onderdelen)

Hè bah wat een kloot, spiegels mensen!! Spiegels!!
Wie is er nou schuldig aangezien jij er achter in reed.... Normaal ben jij toch schuldig, maar in dit geval ook? Vervelend hoe zo'n onvoorzichtige kloot zo je hele hobby kan verprutsen

lijkt me nog een moeilijk verhaal want als je van baan verwisselt mag je ook weer niet hinderen.
dus als jij aan zou kunnen tonen dat doordat hij niet oplette en jou niet aan zag komen van baan verwisselde, en dat jij daardoor niet meer op tijd kon stoppen.

als je op dezelfde baan rijdt moet je afstand houden ja, maar van baan verwisselen is een bijzondere verrichting en al het andere verkeer heeft dan voorrang.

Heel erg vervelend zeg dit!
Hopelijk gaat het afhandelen van de schade voorspoedig en kan je auto weer vlot gerepareerd worden.
Heb je een idee hoe groot het snelheidsverschil was?

Het is zeker heel vervelend en ik heb echt geen idee wie de schuld gaat krijgen.

Ik zet alles op alles om volgens mijn gelijk te krijgen.
Maar ik heb geen rechtsbijstand, dus ik moet helaas overal zelf achteraan gaan.
We zullen zien wat het word. Zal vast nog wel eventjes duren.

De schade zit wel precies op de plekken in mijn voordeel. Ik heb haar niet vol van achteren geraakt maar op de hoek. Ik denk dat dit wel een teken is dat ik absoluut geen tijd had om af te remmen of uit te wijken.

Het snelheidsverschil is zeer moeilijk in te schatten, maar ik schat dat zij rond de 70/80km/h reed en ik toch wel makkelijk voorbij kwam vliegen met 110km/h.

Als ik geen gelijk krijg, dan houd het voorlopig helaas op met mijn hobby en gaat de Benz een opslag in totdat ik genoeg geld bij elkaar heb gespaard. De APK zit er ook nog eens aan te komen eind deze maand, dus als het niet allemaal geregeld is tot die tijd ben ik uitgespeeld.
