Een mooie cabriolet en nu vraag ik mij af waarom dit nooit in productie is geweest.

Er bestaat ook een Baur versie

Volgens mij is de 1e foto geen W201.

Dan zou het een volgens mij een A201 zijn.
De W staat voor sedan, A voor cabrio en C voor coupe.

Er is ooit een rijdend exemplaar geweest. Is/was te zien in de allereerste Jason Bourne film met Richard Chamberlaine, The Bourne Identity uit 1988.

Cabrio uit eerste post staat bij Mercedes zelf, is een prototype geweest.

Wel jammer dat ie niet op de markt is gekomen.

Maar de allerlaatste de W205 cabriolet mag er ook wel zijn. Een goedmakertje

Eigenlijk hadden ze ook een T-modell van de 190 moeten maken. Ik heb eigenlijk een pest hekel aan cabrio's. Enige cabrio wat ik zou willen hebben is een SL. Maar dat is ook meer een Roadster en ontworpen om een open dak te hebben. Een cabrio maken wat als basis een sedan is vind ik vrijwel altijd mislukt.

Voor de liefhebbers, de Mercedes-Benz Classic kentekenplaathouders die je op die blauwe 190 Cabrio ziet zijn gewoon te bestellen bij de dealer.

Gelukkig heb ik de W201-club kentekenplaathouders. , maar degene die jij aangeeft, da's een goed alternatief.

Zijn die W201-club kentekenplaathouders nog te verkrijgen ?
