Hallo mensen,

Ik lees voortdurend getik over dieselmotoren. Ik heb een 2.0 benzine motor waarvan de kopstoters ook tikken.
Zelf heb ik er van die cleaners in gedaan. Niet geholpen. Daarna olie vervangen 15w40. Zat 10w40 in maar niet geholpen.
Nu lees ik dat de kopstoters te vangen zijn. Hoeveel zal zo'n grapje kosten?

Ik meen dat ik toen bij de dealer 13 euro p/s moest betalen maar weet het niet meer zeker. Viel mij toen nogal mee, had al verhalen gehoord over 50 p/s.
Je bent er 8 nodig, dus een goede 100 euro zul je kwijt zijn
Het zijn trouwens klepstoters, geen kopstoters
Zijn heel makkelijk zelf te vervangen, met een uurtje kom je een heel eind

Normaal is het zo dat je olie druk naar drie gaat is het tikken van de klepstoters over,maar ik rij een hoop korte stukjes naarmijn werk ongeveer vier killometer dan word hij niet goed warm,nu bleef er een klepstoter tikken.
Toen heb ik hem op het erf gezet en laten draaien tot de vin aansloeg dat is ongeveer bij 102 graden,nadien geen last weer gehad .

Heb klepstoters (OM602) ook vervangen en dat was echt duurder dan een Euri of 100. Een garage doet voor dat bedrag de deur niet eens open. Nu heb ik ook de motor laten spoelen en dat kost ook wat.

Is er al iemand die een how to heeft geschreven voor wat betreft het vervangen van hydraulische klepstoters Heb al gezocht maar kan hem niet vinden. Weet iemand een beschrijving voor een 190E. Wil ik er wel foto`s bij zetten. Gr Marcel

Ik wil wel graag een diesel,maar heb een 190E denk dat een How to toch erg zal verschillen Ik heb zelf geen handwerkboek daarom hoopte ik dat iemand wist waar ik die info vandaan kan Toveren.

Het is een heel makkelijk klusje
Luchtfilterhuis eraf, kleppendeksel eraf. Dan zie je 4 groepen met tuimelaars. Die draai je 1 voor 1 los. Ze zitten elk met 4 bouten vast. Dan kun je het hele ding eraf pakken en kun je de klepstoters daar zo uit trekken naar onderen. Nieuwe erin en alles weer in elkaar zetten Ik denk ong een uurtje werk dan ben je wel klaar

Hier dus 2 ''groepen'' met tuimelaars(zal vast een mooi woord voor zijn maar geen idee wat )
