Hallo iedereen,
Ik heb mij eens ingelezen over het vervangen van de fuseekogels, bij mij zijn ze allebei aan de beurt. Ik heb nieuwe van Lemforder, en zal letten op het merkteken van kogel/draagarm.
Maar wat betreft de oude kogels, zijn die normaal los te slaan uit de draagarm? Ik meende alles netjes gedaan te hebben, auto ondersteund, draagarm ook ondersteund, rubber hoesje eraf, ( en zien dat daarin zand zit ipv vet, wel aan vervanging toe dus), inspuiten met kruipolie, laten inwerken tijdens de koffiepauze, en toen geprobeerd de oude kogel rechts eruit te slaan, tot nu toe zonder resultaat. is de truc eventueel het weghalen van de schokbreker? Ik kan er net een beetje bij langs werken, gebruik een oud wringijzer zo goed mogelijk middenop de oude kogel, en sla er met een moker op. Wil de boel niet vernielen natuurlijk.... Laat de boel nu een nachtje weken in de kruipolie en probeer het morgen weer. Maar zou ik iets anders of beter moeten doen? Speciaal gereedschap misschien? Mvg Klaas.

Het kan met de hamer, de brander er bij kan helpen. Maar je moet ongekend hard en heel dragend kunnen slaan. Spatbordrand zal ook in de weg zitten om goed uit te halen...

Arm er onderuit en onder een pers is beter, maar er zij ook persen voor aan de wagen zelf. Soort van grote lijmtang zeg maar. Je kunt het ook zelf maken, staan zat voorbeelden op yuotoep.

Heel vriendelijk bedankt voor de reacties, ik ga me een persje aanschaffen, heb mij flink verkeken op hoe vast die dingen kunnen zitten. Nogmaals dank!

Klopt, kunnen ontzettend vastzitten. Laatst zelf ook gedaan.
Je hebt echt een perser nodig. Daarmee moet het wel lukken!

Dank voor de tips. Een pers zoals Richard voorstelt lijkt me het meest geschikt. Het spul zit muurvast, en voorzover ik zie is er iets op maat nodig voor deze kogels, en daarbij beresterk. Met vriendelijke groet, Klaas.

Bedankt voor de tips! Dat setje van HBM ziet er goed uit Fronteradriver,maar ik heb inmiddels een pers van "Altbenzallerlei" van Ebay duitsland. Zal straks een foto posten. Deze man maakt ze specifiek voor de W201/W124. Ik wist niet eens dat HBM dit ook had, heb er wel eens ander materiaal besteld. Dank voor de tip over het smeren Lex, dat zal ik inderdaad doen. Update fuseekogels: Met de pers prima te doen, hiermee druk je ze er zo uit, en doordat hij vier draadeinden heeft kun je het ding nog wat bijsturen mocht het iets scheef gaan. Ik heb de nieuwe er inmiddels in en heb ermee proefgereden, zo stelde ik mij het sturen inderdaad voor bij deze wagens, precies en net licht genoeg. Doet hij nu voor het eerst. Heerlijk! Iedereen nogmaals bedankt voor alle goede raad, wat een prettig forum is dit!
