Op pagina 21 van dit document is te lezen dat het K jetronic-systeem standaard al is voorzien van een systeem dat ervoor zorgt dat een backfire geen schade veroorzaakt, in de vorm van een stuwschijf die ook omhoog kan bewegen. Lijkt me dat ze bij de overstap naar KE (+ computer en extra sensoren) dit niet hebben veranderd.

Dit wil ik graag weten ivm inbouw LPG.
Ik wil me auto naar HPO brengen in Oostelbeers.
Hij geeft aan omdat het een "nieuw" type motor is van de 190 (een 1.8 102.910)KE-jetronic er een systeem wordt ingebouwd waarbij hij start op benzine en via een aparte "stuwschijf" wordt geinstalleerd tegen de schade van een evt. backfire. ZIE: http://link.marktplaats.nl/320044859
Ik heb altijd gehoord, en de ervaring die ik heb gehad met mijn vorige gasbakken (een W126 380SE en W126 500SEL) dat op gas starten beter is dan op benzine.
HPO geeft alleen aan dat dat niet wenselijk is voor dit type motor.
Ik kwam op het andere forum ook nog een draadje tegen welke weer praat over een KE-jetronic in een 83er 190 :-S
