Mercedes W201, 2.6 sportline

Probleem: elektrische raamheffer rechts achter blokkeert.

Het raam kan enkel nog naar beneden. Bij heffen spant de motor op en het mechanisme blokkeert als de kabel gespannen is.
Ik heb het deurpaneel al losgemaakt en op de bodem volgend metaalonderdeeltje gevonden ( zie foto's).
Ik kan het raam ( gaat zonder weestand) naar boven trekken. als ik vervolgens het motortje activeer, dan gaat deze tot de kabel weer aangespannen is. De motor blijft trekken, doch het raam beweegt niet. Door de kracht van de motor wordt het wieltje ( hoogste punt) waarover de kabel loopt aangespanen en scheef getrokken.

Kan iemand mij raad geven?
