Het verbruik dan? Ach, ik haal met mijn OM 602 gemiddeld 1:16,1 (toegegeven: door rustig rijden) dus waar zit de vooruitgang?

Die moderne blokken zie ik bovendien niet gauw de legendarische km-standen bereiken waar de vroegere diesels beroemd mee zijn geworden. Misschien zouden ze het kunnen, maar op een gegeven loont het dure onderhoud niet meer, vrees ik.

Dus beter? Nee.

Even een leuk verhaaltje over een moderne C250 CDI 204 hp BLUE EFFICIENCY diesel blok dat ingebouwd is in een W201, 190D.
