Een C250 turbodiesel blok lijkt me een leuke 'update' hoor. Een ongeblazen C250D lijkt me dan weer minder zinvol. Nog steeds langzamer dan een gewone 2.0E op LPG, en duurder in de brandstof. Ouderwets dik dieselen is met bijna anderhalve euro per liter helemaal niet goedkoop meer.

CDI met roetfilter is natuurlijk het beste, als je helemaal 'up to date' wil rijden. Zuinig en snel, ik vind de 190D "blue-efficiency" eigenlijk een briljant project! De lichtgewicht rechttoe-rechtaan degelijkheid van de 190D, met moderne motorisatie. 0 tot 100 in 6,2 seconden, en 1 op 20 !! Dan lach je je toch helemaal rot!

als een v8 in een W201 past moet wat je wilt ook kunnen
zoek dan wel een c250d turbo om het gelijk goed tedoen
