Mijn naam is Rick en ik rij uiteraard ook in een W201.

Toen ik net 2 maanden mijn rijbewijs catagorie B heb gehaald mocht ik eerst in de auto van mijn ouders rijden :) .
Maar uiteraard moest er voor mij ook (mijn eerste) auto worden aangeschaft, na veel op de automarkt te hebben gekeken is de keuze gevallen op een W201 190D handgeschakeld ;) .

De auto is geïmporteerd uit Duitsland, was van een bejaarde man geweest en altijd zuinig mee gereden. De kilometerstand was ongeveer 86000 KM bij aanschaf (inmiddels 4 jaar geleden). Mijn vader had de auto gevonden op mobile.de en is via een tussenpersoon naar Nederland gehaald. Eind februari 2011 was ik eindelijk de gelukkige eigenaar van een 190D.

In 2014 heb ik nog een W201 gekocht, dit maal een W201 190E 2.6 (1987) (handgeschakeld B :D )
De KM stond ongeveer rond de 150.000. Alleen de auto had nog de volgende gebreken:

- Nokkenas moest vervangen worden (maakte tik geluiden op de kleppen)
- Airco moest omgebouwd worden
- Elektrische ruiten deden het niet
- Droogtescheuren in het dashboard (nieuw dashboard heb ik al liggen alleen moet die nog ingebouwd worden :dry: )

In de onderste rij ik nu dagelijks, de bovenstaande 3 gebreken zijn inmiddels opgelost en ik rij met plezier in mijn 2.6

Ik vind mijn 2.6 best wel zeldzaam omdat ik weinig handgeschakelde 2.6'jes ben tegengekomen.
