Na diverse cabriolets te hebben gereden in de zomer maanden heb ik vorige maand een 190E automaat gekocht.
Een beetje sleutelen en een beetje toeren, meer hoeft het niet te zijn voor mij. Hij is niet in perfecte staat, maar daar ga ik aan werken.
Het is bouwjaar 1986, 205000km, automaat met airco en elektrische ramen van voren.
In het verleden 3x een W123 300D gehad, heerlijke diesels en niet kapot te krijgen. Tevens een W124, 260E automaat, een W124 300CE automaat, een W201 190E handgeschakeld en een W203, 320 combi gehad.

In het verleden veel gesleuteld aan auto's en motoren, de laatste 20 jaar niet meer, dus het voelt af en toe nog wat roestig. Ik zal dus hier en daar wel eens een technische vraag gaan stellen.
Eerste klussen om uit te gaan voeren: afstandsbediening voor de portiersloten, een nieuwe thermostaat, richtingsaanwijzers aan de gang krijgen, een toerenteller inbouwen, putdeksvelgen opknappen en andere bandjes erop en een grote beurt.
