Ik wil ons hier even voorstellen. Sinds een week hebben we een 190 diesel uit 1986 gekocht. Lichtgroen (niet metallic) en een groen interieur. De 190 is plm 1,5 jaar geleden uit Duitsland gehaald met 108,000 km van de eerste eigenaar. Nu zit er 112,000 km op. Alle boekjes zitten erbij. Ziet er netjes uit, alleen aan de krikpunten moet in de toekomst wat worden gedaan. De auto heeft een vijfbak, wat redelijk zeldzaam is voor de 2 liter uitvoering heb ik begrepen. De bedoeling is dat de auto ingezet gaat worden voor woon-werk verkeer. Reden om een 190 te kopen is dat mijn zoon (die er mee gaat rijden) en ik auto's uit die jaren mooier vind als die van vandaag, simpele techniek en lekker zuinig. Ook rijdt het fijner met een wat grotere auto als met een C1 ofzo.
Wij verbaasden ons er over hoe goed het nog rijd. Mijn vader had vroeger een 190E uit 1983. Die was wel wat sneller trouwens. Oude tijden herleven!

De stoelen vinden wij wel erg tegenvallen. Ik ben nog op zoek naar een goed alternatief.

Leuk dat er een forum is voor de W201.
