- Stationairregelklep (stappenmotor) schoongemaakt en getest op 12V:
geen verschil (maar was ook niet echt vies). Klepje ging goed en snel op en neer. In de ruststand (geen spanning) staat ie een paar millimeter open. Is dat goed?
- Lambdasonde losgekoppeld: geen verschil
- Temperatuursensor losgekoppeld: geen verschil

Zekering overspanningsrelais is nog heel. Het relais zelf kan natuurlijk altijd nog stuk zijn.

Het lijkt er dus op dat er iets anders aan de hand is dat een vervuilde of kapotte stationairregelklep.

Daar ga ik zeker naar kijken ja.

Heel misschien is het probleem al aanwezig sinds het vervangen van mijn Ãœberspannungschutz-relaiszekering en dus sinds het in werking stellen van mijn KE Jetronic computer. Deze zekering heb ik zaterdag vervangen. Zondag het instrumentenpaneel eruit gehad. Misschien dat ik de motor niet lang genoeg stationair heb gehad om dit defect te merken tussen deze twee acties.

Feit is dat ik met dit defect op de korte termijn stukken beter kan leven dan met die startproblemen. Nu geef ik voor het stoplicht e.d. gewoon minimaal gas, zodat ie niet in de stationairmodus hoeft te lopen.

Dit ding ( regelt het stationair toerental, dus daar ga ik naar kijken als het nakijken van het instrumentenpaneel niets helpt. Deze Leerlaufsteller/Leerlaufregler (ook wel stappenmotor of nullastregelklep in het Nederlands) wil volgens internet nogal eens vies zijn vanbinnen, waardoor onregelmatig stationair lopen ontstaat.

Hallo W201-liefhebbers,

Gisteren heb ik de zekering van mijn Ãœberspannungrelais vervangen. Die was stuk. Nu werkt m'n motor (1.8) via de KE Jetronic-computer en dat is vooral bij koude starts merkbaar. Waar het me eerst soms 3 minuten kostte om te starten, is het nu starten = lopen.

Vandaag heb ik m'n instrumentarium eruit gehaald met het doel m'n niet-functionerende kilometerteller en dagteller te repareren (snelheidsmeter werkt wel). Omdat het te veel tijd kostte de meters nog verder uit elkaar te halen heb ik m'n werkzaamheden gestaakt en het instrumentarium teruggeplaatst.

Wat ik nu ervaar is:
- zeer onregelmatig stationair (heb geen toerenteller, maar schat dat ie om de seconde zo met 500-1000 toeren schommelt)
- oliedruk schommelt met de schommelingen in toerental mee tussen 1,5 en 3
- motor valt uit wanneer toerental (en oliedruk) te laag wordt
- benzinemeter werkt niet (hopelijk een kwestie van slecht terug aangesloten stekkertje)

Dit alles is bij warme motor (gelijk weggereden met koude motor, dus is me niet opgevallen).

Het lijkt alsof de motor-ECU steeds hem steeds sneller stationair laat draaien wanneer ie bijna uitvalt, maar soms net te laat reageert om dat te bewerkstelligen.

Hebben jullie enige ideeën die kunnen leiden tot oplossing van mijn problemen?
