heb maar weer een linkje gemaakt naar het projecten topic:

Heb nu even niet meer foto's van het laatste onderhoud.
Heb het gewoon te druk om bij het onderhoud aanweizg te zijn.
Weet wel dat me 190 weer remt als een bezetene, en er niets meer piept.
Op de oude remschijven zaten wel veel groeven.

Even afwachten wanneer ik hem nu wegbreng om te spuiten.

De nieuwe mattenset ligt al klaar (kleur helios met hakbeschermer) besteld bij http://www.automatten4you.nl

Hoe je ook de prijzen bij hier! Foto's van de facturen zodat, ee nander lid inzage kan krijgen wat zo'n project kost qua onderdelen en eventueel arbeidsloon.

4 nieuwe Bilstein B4 schokdempers besteld voor de voor en achterzijde incl. stofhoesset.

Volgende week maar even ophalen en laten monteren.

De tok is gevonden!

Wat blijkt is dat de rechtervoorschokdemper zijn beste tijd heeft gehad.
de zuiger in de schokdemper zit los, en beweegt dus heen en weer.

Tijd voor nieuwe dempers dus.

Vandaag ook de remmen laten vervangen (wat een veschil zeg!) en de kleppendekselpakking.
De multiriemspanner bestaande uit de schokdemper en spanrol moet nog.

Bij mij wordt het steeds erger, ik ga vandaag ook echt even op onderzoek uit, moet er gewoon even tijd voor maken want de boel gaat kapot zo. bij mij is het duidelijk met het toerental v/d motor mee.. Denk dus aaneen motorsteun.

Dank je voor de tip, ben ik blij mee.

Ik laat nu maar alles vervangen (de hele unit van spanrol tot spanner zeg maar NUMMER: 5)

Ik laar nu even het volgende doen:

1. remschijven achter
2. remblokken achter
3. remschoentjes achter
4. remblokken voor
5. multiriemspanner (compleet)
6. kleppendekselpakkking
7. laten zoeken naar het tokje rechtsvoor. ( zie: http://www.w201club.nl/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1645)

Alle olieen en vloeistoffen laat ik doen als ik hem kwijt ben naar de spuiter.
