Ook komt er gelijk een 5-bak achter. Aanstaande vrijdag begin ik er aan. Stiekem heb ik wel zin in een grote klus...

Ter illustratie nog een paar foto's van mijn bougies en KVS bijgesloten. De bougies zitten er 1500 kilometer in, KVS is onbekend. Heb de bougies schoongemaakt en teruggeplaatst. De auto wordt momenteel minimaal gebruikt.
Bijzonder vind ik het dat ondanks alle duidelijke mankementen, ze nog prima loopt als ze eenmaal warm is.

Ik kijk het nog even aan.
Een ander blok er is minder werk dan alles open halen en god weet wat tegen komen...
En stiekem wil ik best graag een 2 liter K-jet blok onder de kap hebben!
Scheelt ook wel in verbruik geloof ik...

Hij verbruikt niet alleen olie, hij zuipt olie...

Gisteren de kvs bijgevuld, en nu nog eens goed op zoek naar lekkages. Had al even geïnformeerd naar een koppakking set, en denk dat die binnenkort maar moet bestellen.

Al met al wel vreemd voor een blok met 137.000 op de teller.
Eigenlijk is ie pas net ingereden...

Mijn 190 Carburateur uit 1987 heeft al een tijdje problemen met koud starten.
Het betreft een M102.191 motor met Pierburg CD175 carburateur (zonder lambda ellende).
Recent zijn de kleprubbers en bougies vervangen. De ontsteking (verdeler, rotor en kabels) is vorig jaar zomer gedaan.

Na het doornemen van de handleiding van Pierburg dacht ik het idee te hebben opgelost. Maar al met al is het er niet heel veel beter op geworden. Het volledig intrappen van het gas om de automatische choke te activeren werkt wel, maar helpt niet genoeg om de motor aan te laten slaan. Hij blijft alleen draaien bij continu (rigoureus) pompen van het gaspedaal.
Zo ver ik het begrijp krijgt de motor dus te weinig brandstof, en helpt de acceleratiesproeier mee om t zaakje op gang te houden. Echter, het idiote is dat wanneer hij eenmaal loopt (10 seconden met het gas rommelen), hij prima stationair loopt. Wel wil ie nog een klein beetje inhouden bij het wegrijden, maar wanneer je dit erg rustig doet is er niks loos.

Verdere problemen/gegevens zijn:
Nadieselen bij afzetten (enigszins) warme motor. (laat altijd de koppeling een beetje opkomen om dit te beperken).
Olieverbruik ca. 1L op 1000km (misschien van 15W-40 naar 20W-50 over gaan).

Hoop dat een van jullie er wijs uit kan worden en mij in de goede richting kan sturen...
